Erin was there absolute best, professionally and personally! I didn’t know what to expect when selling or buying a house and I was doing both at the same time. It was super stressful and overwhelming for me, but Erin was right there beside me, helping me, and guiding me through it all. She would even call me to check to see how I was doing and the conversation would have nothing to do with the sell of the house. She even called me, weeks after the sell was complete, just so see how I’m doing and how everything is.She is very knowledgeable, passionate, and truly cares for the ones she’s working with. I definitely recommend her!

My wife and I have lived in Bryan/College Station for over 5 years. One of the very first people we met here was Erin. She went out of her way to help my wife, who moved here before me from out of state, find a place we could rent. After that first lease was up, 4 years ago, we reached out to Erin again, this time in the market to buy a house.Erin led us through the entire process with professionalism and care which was especially important for me as this was my first home purchase. She made sure to take us to every potential property until we found what was just right for our needs. After some masterful negotiations on Erins end, we soon had our first home.Fast forward to the dawn of 2021. With all of us working and learning from home for most of 2020, we realized that we really needed more inside space/ square footage. So no brainer, call Erin! Before we were even sure if we wanted to pull the trigger on listing our house and looking for another, Erin put together comps in our area and a whole packet of information to help us make a more informed decision.So, now I had to not only contend with the complications and brain frying paperwork of buying another home, but selling for the first time. Once again, Erin to the rescue. Anything I didnt understand, which was a lot, she explained and made herself available well outside the normal business hours for any concerns. Once again her negotiating skills were on full display throughout both processes and she was instrumental in getting us to the finish line. We are now the very happy owners of our second home, a beautiful 2-story, 4-bedroom/2.5 bath in a great location and neighborhood closer to Texas A&M University where we both attend and work.Thank you for all you do and more Erin!

Erin has been a fantastic Realtor for our family. We found her for our first lease in College Station, Texas. With a two week window and an out of state move before classes start, she found us a wonderful home to move into. When it was time for us to buy our first home, we called Erin again. She helped us buy our first home in Bryan, Texas. When we decided to invest into a bigger home for our family of course we called her back. She listed and sold our home in Bryan within a matter of weeks from first call to closing date! All while finding us a new home; a new build in a new neighborhood, also with a quick close!As a Veteran Family working with a VA loan, as a Veteran herself Erin understood and anticipated all of our needs along the way! You will not find a better realtor!

Erin sold our house for us in 2021 and I dont think I could have asked for a better experience. She gave us some recommendations and I was skeptical but please know that you can trust her suggestions. She knows market trends and advises you of what will work to get what you want.She has a love for Veterans and gives back out of her own earnings.Erin was available at every step of the process for us. I enjoyed working with Erin as she is very laid back; she has the skill to work through difficult situations successfully.

Erin has become like family to me. The first time Erin met with Mom to look over the houses Mom wanted to sell in Houston, Mom suddenly took ill. Erin drove Mom to the E.R. and waited with her for hours until she was released. She was there to pray with Dad and hold his hand the day he died. She was there with us at Mom’s grave six months later. She has seen us through the repair and sales of the two houses in Houston as well as the renovation and sale of a third one in College Station. If you want a realtor who cares not only about your wallet, but also about your well-being, there is no one better than Erin Wilhite.

She negotiated a full price offer for the home we were selling.Ms. Wilhite dealt with my anxiety with kindness and compassion.Ms. Wilhite was there every step of the way answering questions before I asked them, keeping me informed, advocating on my behalf.Ms. Wilhite dealt with contractors, the builder, sent emails and made calls always assuring that we were represented fairly and our needs as home builders and buyers were met.Ms. Wilhite is definitely a person you want on your team when buying or selling a home.
