We love our home so much! It is the most perfect little duplex in the best neighborhood ever! We have been in our home for a year and a half now and Erickson & Associates has done so much for us and our home since we have been here! My experience with Erickson & Associates have been very pleasant. When l’ve had a concern or issue they were addressed immediately and satisfactorily. If an emergency repair was needed it was taken care of in hours and routine repairs were taken care of within 24 hours.I am extremely happy Erickson & Associates, I will continue using their services and I would recommend them without and hesitation.

Erickson & Associatedls have been attentive to the needs of the house when we need them. Its been easy to communicate through email. (I dont usually call) The only reason I dont give a 5 star is because our rent has been going up almost every year (excluding this las year) even when inflation is at its best (It maybe the owners decision not sure)

I have used Erickson and Associates since 2005 to manage my rental properties in the Austin Texas area. The E&A than I know is extremely responsive to any service requests, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Their bookkeeping is impeccable, which is extremely important if you are a landlord or a tenant. This company is definitely honest to a fault, meaning that they are not afraid to issue tough love (telling their landlords or tenants things that they dont like hearing). This often reflects in bad reviews by tenants because they did not get their desired outcome. I am a very hands on landlord. I like to get to know all of my tenants. I visit or drive by all of my rental properties on a monthly basis when I am in town. I make repairs to my properties as needed. I get copied on every time one of my tenants calls Erickson and Associates for a repair. The repair request is usually handled the same day. Many times the repair request goes out and the repair person cannot respond immediately so the Management Company gets blamed. The Property Manager can only inform the Property Owner that certain repairs are needed on a Rental Property. It is up to the Property Owner and not the Management Company (E&A) to decide to make the necessary repairs.

So far, Ive seen excellent responsiveness and attention to repair from Erickson. The people have been pleasant to deal with and available almost instantaneously via e-mail or phone.Not sure about the highly negative reviews on Google, but so far my experience has been extraordinary compared to other management agencies Ive deal with in Austin (although those were in college, so maybe not a fair compare).
