We were referred to Eric from a family friend, whom we trust dearly . Eric did above and beyond from start to finish with our house buying process. Eric explained, and made sure we understood everything 100% of the time . We were able to buy our first house through Eric, and will refer anyone we know to him in the future .!!

We had to move rather quickly for work and had found Fathom Realty by happenstance. We ended giving some parameters of what we wanted and our concerns buying without seeing in person. They ended up finding us the exact house we wanted in a great neighborhood and we could not be happier. There’s no other agency I’d trust to facilitate a home purchase site unseen, but we did with Fathom and could not be happier. Highly recommend a place like them with integrity, honesty, great client follow through and aftercare.
