I have used ERA , agent Lisa Truitt for the purchase of both of my homes . To be honest I wouldn’t work with any other agent. She made me feel comfortable and like family . Even after the sale her follow up to any questions I had she answered or assisted with without hesitation. I hope that anyone considering the move to Central Texas would consider contacting Lisa for home purchase or sale needs

Lisa Truitt did a outstanding job with the purchase and 3yrs later selling our home. Never at any point were we left wondering what’s going on. She definitely has her finger on the pulse of the market. She has a personal touch and is willing dig deep into chili to get your house sold. Even watching our dog while the inspector came through on our sale. Lisa raises the standard in professionalism for all realtors. It has been a pleasure dealing with her. Definitely two thumbs up, 5 Star, Top Notch all of the above.

ERA colonial is by far the best experience that Ive had with real estate. Kim has been my realtor for 6 years now. I bought my house and currently selling my house through this company. Kim is the MOST helpful person that I have ever met. She goes above and beyond for her clients. The office staff is very friendly as well. Colby Thompson was my agent. He sold my house in 1 Day, and found my dream home in less than 2 days. Billy Bob Introduced him to our family. This guy Colby is awesome, he will go above and beyond for his clients. Glad to have met him. Im glad I can call him a friend. You dont meet genuine people like Colby anymore.. We have been working with Eric Dominowski since last November or December. He has stuck with us, put our best interests first on several occassions, even when that meant he couldnt put us in a home yet. He madd sure we considered several things when makong offers and got us a good deal with several great inclusions. We even got money back! This was our first home and despite the struggles, he was easy to contact, sent us listings and met us at odd times to show houses. 10/10 would use Eric Dominowski again for this process!!!
