Mrs. Quynh and Mrs. Jodie are the best realtor you may work with in the Austin area.I got the business leasing under her company, all I have to do is moving and running my business without having any issues or headaches, not at all.I also bought a house through her, we just told her what we needed and she found our perfect needs.She works through commissions of course, but that does not mean she will push you to buy the highest pricing houses. We were looking for 5 beds and 3 baths, and we were almost signed up for the contract. 3 days later she found me the best deal of my life so far. We got the BRAND NEW HOUSE FROM DR HORTON for $75000 OFF THE MARKET. Does it hurt her on financial, I believe it does, but does it hurt her to build more clients, I do not think so. Because from that moment on, I know who will I trust on the housing side. She is not only got me the deal, and she also saves me from the process, super simple and helpful.Mrs. Quynh and Mrs. Jodie, thank you for always put your customers priority on top those commissions. As I always tell myself, you gotta loose some to win some, and in this case Mrs. Quynh has proved that money is not everything, the relationships do. We werent planning on buying a new home but happened to found one up for sale in perfect location and had to jump on it quick. Quynh was immediately on top of it all. Im a first time home buyer and she helped us through it and gave great advice. The buyer had quiet a few push-backs and tried to rush closing but Quynh handled it and was able to negotiate the price down using her experience and knowledge. Were so happy with our new home and I am grateful we had Quynh. I will definitely go back to Quynh if I plan to buy again and highly recommend her to everyone!

Quynh is courteous, exudes a high-level of professionalism, and most importantly is honest and responsive.-Strong negotiation skills: Quynh helped us negotiate our purchase for well under asking price, in addition, she was able to negotiate several add-ons that greatly benefitted our pocket book.
