I found Epiq Properties on Google and Sandi Collier spent close to an hour speaking with me and my dad about a critical housing matter. She knew exactly what to do and answered all our questions. Sandi have been in the real estate business for several years. I remember our first encounter all so clear. In my early 20s tired of renting. Sandi gave my confidence I can be a homeowner being a single mom. She was very patient with me during my home buying process. I can recall us looking at about 15 - 20 homes. I made it to my top 3. This was definitely a life changing experience for me and my son and we are forever grateful. I purchased my first home in 2006.
