Thea Fellencer was truly great to work with, not only is she very hardworking but a wealth of knowledge which was super helpful on my move from Florida here to Texas. She went the extra mile and explained every step of the process to me. We had a horrible experience with our previous lender( Do NOT work with Jason from Hub City Lending) and she worked nights and weekends to get me comparable rates and to close. She is always helpful and there to support me through any transition. I highly recommend Thea! My family and I are very grateful!

Buying a house with Brooks was so easy. Very professional approach to providing us with an ample list of possible properties to consider and ultimately we found the perfect house. Brooks assisted in getting us the best price and walking us through the inspection process and negotiating with the seller for concessions and even purchasing their appliances. Closing was a breeze. I would recommend EV Houston in a heartbeat and can’t wait to use them again for an investment property or vacation home.
