    Sherry Campell and Dara from her team were amazing. I am transitioning my life from Los Angeles to Houston, and it could not have been easier.     I live out of state, and a family member who lived in Texas died with a house and 4 investment properties. Some properties were in good condition and high value... others were not. I had very little information about the properties and needed to sell them efficiently to settle the estate. Sherry took care of everything... she identified and contacted tenants, obtained keys, coordinated repairs and maintenance, cleaned and helped remove possessions, staged, and negotiated with buyers. Every property seemed to have its own complication; which Sherry took care of and resolved.I am very happy with the result. 3 of the properties were good investments; and Sherry got great prices for them. The other 2 had challenges that Sherry addressed and got me fair results.In short, I am very happy with Sherry and her team. They were exactly right for the job.

    Sherry sold our house for list price in just over a week! It was a difficult sale with unrealistic buyers and I was an emotional seller, but Sherry still got it done! She was great at managing all parties with calmness and knowledge. It is constantly evident that she has been doing this a long time. I would and have already recommended her. The great thing about working with a broker is that she has a great team. When we needed something moved....she had movers...when we needed referrals to look at something after inspection...she had recommendations, she watered our plants, brought in boxes, looked after plumbers and the list goes on. We sold our house while living out of state and Sherry and her team handled everything for us. In a VERY stressful time of living in an executive apartment with 3 kids and 4 animals, out of state, while doing renovations to our new house and selling a house in Houston, Sherry made things easier than I could have imagined and I am not easy to please.

Sherry helped me move on from one life to a new one - selling my house was one part of it, and she made that part go so smoothly.     I am very lucky that I had Sheryle Campbell as my full-service selling agent. I live in Seattle, instead of Houston. When my tenants informed me that they would quit after 5 years living in my house in Houston, I urgently needed an agent who could take over the house from my tenant on my behalf when the lease was due, arranged to repair, clean or upgrade the house if necessary, and stage it for sales. I hoped that I didnt have to fly from Seattle to Houston for the house. Frankly speaking, it doesnt help much if I flew to Houston.I checked with some agents, including Redfin. However, no other agent can do the full-service for me. They simply dont supply this kind of full service, they only wanted to be a sales agent. Only Sherry(Sheryle Campbell) accepted my requirement.During the process of selling, we found the house needs to be cleaned, painted/repaired in many different and specialized areas. Sherry has a strong and powerful team of contractors who can repair any part of house. Her contractors all worked in a very professional, prompt, reasonable way. She arranged and solved all the problems.Sherry staged my house successfully, took photos and video for the house, and used many special websites/tunnels to advertise. It made the house much more attractive, so that buyers offered in no time after her staging. She communicated between buyers and us in an efficient way.During the period of closing date, we were travelling outside of the USA. Sherry arranged to finish the closing online. I find her most useful in resolving issues following inspections. She has a number of contacts and knows who to call to get a 2nd professional opinion.     Last summer we decided to move back to Houston. At the time we were in Europe for family reasons and had to look for properties remotely. Martina Nerrant came highly recommended and we clicked immediately.     I cant believe Daren is ranting about a lien on his property. He couldnt have bought it with the lien so go slug it out with your HOA.Sherry helped me sell and buy a home. Her advice is solid, she always comes prepared, and she has contractors for bids to help negotiate down the sale price.In the end, you, the home owner is responsible for a smooth sale of your home. Make sure your permits are closed and liens paid. As a buyer; do your research. Fixing houses is expensive, even for a seasoned contractor.
