I had the privilege of working with Jenn Camero on a deal for one of her clients. Im a licensed HVAC professional and during the option period, she asked me to come out to check the A/C for her seller because the buyer agent was requesting concessions for a new A/C as a result of her vendors home inspection. After further inspection, I was able to identify the problem and fix the problem for a few hundred dollars. Her proactive approach saved her client thousands. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. Im not ready to buy my 1st home yet but she will be my realtor when I am.

My home was well priced, sold for asking price and sold quickly (and closed in 18 days). Any decisions I was uncertain about, she was supportive and available. Empower home team also communicated well. I had opportunity to meet Frank Ramirez, an interior designer who came in and made great suggestions for getting my home ready to sell. Connery is the best! Let me try to explain how much she did for us, and for me personally, during the whole process of planning and executing the sale of our home to literally getting us into our dream home! She is sweet but stands her ground. She’s an expert negotiator. A patient teacher for newbs like myself. She has so much empathy and enthusiasm and she fights for your dream. Bottom line, all the way, I knew she was in my corner, watching out for my best interest, and helping me get from point A to B to C to D. The market can be tricky and sometimes downright heartbreaking, and I literally would have given up ten times, but Connery kept the torch lit and led us through the dark wilderness all the way home. I had the luxury of working with Melissa Voigtman who was the Listing Agent on the side of a deal that we were working as the Mortgage Lender. Often time, people feel like its the Buyers Agent and Lender against the Listing Agent, but that couldnt be further from the truth. The real sign of a good transaction is when all parties come together and do whatever is possible to make sure that BOTH the buyer and the seller have a smooth transaction, and at the end of the day, all are happy!
