Lyndsey and her team are phenomenal. She helped us with our first ever home purchase, talking us through all the ins and outs for HOURS, answering every question, was always available over text/email/call, has a wealth of knowledge from both the financing/loan side as well as the real estate, and secured us good options on a time crunch. We are delighted to continue to work with co er for refinancing and happily would refer her to all our friends and family. She also makes every document so easy to understand and sign, made the whole thing such a seamless process and we were able to close on our home much earlier than expected due to her speediness and helpfulness. In three words, “simply the best.” For those who need more, the following was our experience… We made a purchase while residing out of state. We changed directions several times as to where we looked and what we were looking for. Lyndsey was very flexible and supportive through the whole process, even willing to FaceTime a showing if needed. She has experience in construction. This was helpful when looking at potential remodel homes as she always provided good input. She was not focused on selling us the most expensive home she could get us into (thereby maximizing her commission), but focused on finding the home that best fit our needs and financial goals. She also represents some of the best lenders available and can work with you to get financing too. She understands the taxes in the state of Texas and guided us through the process. She will call the city or county and get answers regarding property status and limits to changes you may want to make. She is connected with a good contractor for remodels, insurance agent, etc. Is pretty much everything you would need through the whole process. You won’t be disappointed if you chose Lyndsey and her group!
