My wife and I had been trying to buy a home for months before meeting Gabby. We literally kept getting the run around by other realtors and loan agents. In doing so, we cant speak highly enough about our experience in purchasing our new home. My family and I had been scammed over a year ago while building our dream custom home and when it came time to close our credit score had been ruined and we could not find anyone to finance our loan. We had already put in over $10,000 in this home and lost all of it and our home! We were devastated!We picked ourselves back up and started working hard on building our credit back up to just continuously being told no when we would try to reapply for a mortgage and felt we would never get out of this rent house. Then we were introduced to Rolando Belmares by our friends and he immediately got to work! Our story didn’t scare him off and he didn’t give up! He worked hard to find us a lender that would work with our credit! When the first lender said no he didn’t stop there he found another one that said YES! He was quick to show us homes and never put us off and was always available for us! He called every day even if he had nothing to report but to just tell us that there are no updates so we wouldn’t sit and wonder! He’s an amazing realtor and he WILL go the extra mile just for you. He didn’t get any money off of the leg work he did to get us that loan but he worked as if he was being paid millions! I give this man 100+ stars because he deserves that and more! Raydean and her team went above and beyond to help find us a beautiful home. It has been a very hard process with the way the market is. I am currently 6 months pregnant with tons of emotions and hormones, Raydean never let that stop her. She even went above and beyond while we were sick and a couple of homes hit the market we were interested in she did a virtual walk through for us. She would write offers in the middle of the night to not delay time. It was our first time buying a home, Raydean, her team, and CMG Finical were amazing all the way through on explaining information and getting us the best deals they could. I can not recommended Emerton enough, they always made it possible for us to view a home at any time, even if another team mate had to meet us. Gabby made a trip 3 hour trip in the middle of the week at night just to make sure we could view a home we were really interested in. I highly recommended this team and would use them again.
