I am a senior citizen and I have purchased many a homes throughout my life. Usually a large purchase like a home is often stressful. My recent experience with Lauren LeBlanc and her associate, Oksana Belov made my last purchase an actual pleasant and smooth experience. Lauren has high tech and great multi tasking abilities to keep up with the pace of a booming market...but what makes Lauren different is her personal touch. Lauren is always avaible to speak live on the phone when necessary. She really cares about what your needs are and is always one step ahaead of the agenda. I highly recoomend Lauren and her team.

My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Ellevé Property Group, specifically Oksana and Lauren, in the spring and summer of 2022. Oksana and Lauren both came highly recommended from a close family member, and they could not have been more amazing and professional to work with. I am sure I dont need to go into detail about how stressful the Austin housing market can be, especially for a first time homebuyer. Oksana did a great job listening and learning from us and curating home tours that matched our preferences. She always made herself available to get us into a home right away. When we got discouraged, she was there to assuage our doubts. I cant say enough about Lauren and Oksana from Ellevé Property Group. I was referred to Lauren by my agent in Seattle, when looking to relocate to Austin, Texas. With such a big relocation in midst of the pandemic we wanted to ensure this was the right move at the right time for our family. From the moment Lauren starting working with us I knew she would find us the right home. Her expertise and professionalism was top notch. Lauren worked with me for months prior to us taking a trip to Austin to look at properties. Lauren really wanted to take the time to understand what we were looking for in a new city and home, to ensure our trip was impactful. We sold our house in May, 2022 for over asking after getting multiple offers. Oksana was thorough, detail oriented and attentive. This was our first time selling a home, much less our first home and I never once felt like I was lost or uninformed. The Ellevé Team was incredible and supportive and the Operations Manager, Ashley, went above and beyond to be sure the vendors such as painters, cleaners, stagers photographers were scheduled and completed. I wouldn’t recommended any other realty team to my close family and friends.

Lauren is more of a family friend than a Real Estate Agent which is basically her philosophy of being an agent. Laurens philosophy is to be a real estate agent for life not just for the immediate transaction. She was the agent for our son who then referred her to our daughter who in turn referred her to us and we referred her to my sister. We have all been extremely satisfied and continue to refer others to her.While we were in the process of selling our house Lauren patiently walked us through a variety of options including developing it ourselves, selling it outright, renting it, etc. She arranged meetings with a builder to go over the various options of developing it ourselves and walked the property with the builder. In other words, she was extremely generous with her time and expertise. In the end we decided to sell outright which was the best decision for us and she even followed the process and got is a refund of taxes that we had overpaid. She is always available for consultation and/or advice on virtually any subject related to real estate. She sold our house more than a year ago and she still stays in touch. I have emailed her questions since then which she has taken the time to research and get back to me.

Elleve helped me in selling my Georgetown home and they really made it all so easy - something that was particularly important, as I was relocating to another state before the house was to be put on the market. Lauren, Kiely, and Ashley took care of some repairs and updates to the home, along with cleaning, staging, photography, and all the other necessary tasks that come with listing real estate. I didnt have to do anything but leave my keys! I found that Elleve works with very talented and affordable contractors, to provide a convenient service to their clients, to get their homes sale ready.The rest of the listing and showing process, through closing on the sale of the home, was also simple for me, as the team at Elleve handled everything in my absence.Every interaction I had with Lauren and/or her associates & colleagues was highly professional, as well as warm and friendly.All this to say...if I had another property to sell in central Texas, I would call upon Elleve!

I have worked with Lauren and her team 3 different times. Rental, first home and then our second home. They have never let me down and this last time it was an incredible experience. I worked with Lauren on the sale of our first home. We used their concierge service to give the home a nice face lift before selling. While we were working out the details of concierge, we were actively shopping for our next home. Mylie was an awesome sport through the entire process. I believe we put in an offer on 2 homes during our search and unfortunately missed out both times. She was patient, reassuring and positive during the entire process. We finally ended up with our perfect home and put the offer in with great advice from Mylie on how to create the strongest offer to help us stand out and we got it. Elleve team walked us through selling and buying all at the same time. I wouldn’t of wanted to go through that very stressful time with anybody else.

We have known Lauren for 10+ years. We first worked with her when we were thinking of selling our house in 20011 in Anderson Mill. After looking for a couple of months and realizing it was not in the cards for us,she not only accepted the news with grace, but she helped us connect with a lender that would help us pull enough equity out of our house to do some nice renovations.We enjoyed the house for another 5 years, and in 2016 had enough equity to make the move! At that time Lauren listed and sold our house for over asking within a couple of days! And, that was a time when it was not common like it is now. Her strategy was spot on. We moved into a great new build in Crestview, again with her help, and stayed there 4+ years.BUYING: The real fun started in the fall of 2020! We were thinking of making a move and saw that the market was changing rapidly. So, we called Lauren and met with her and Oksana. Lauren still the epitome of professionalism and Oksana is as well. They found a program where we could buy a house BEFORE selling our current house. This was crucial, because we knew that inventory was becoming more and more slim, and we did not want to sell our house to end up not being able to find the perfect home.Once we qualified for the unique program, the search was truly on. We looked at hundreds of houses online, but really only had to walk about 2 dozen. Mylie, another member of the team, was available at a moments notice and was great to work with as well! WHAT A TEAM!We only got outbid on 1 house, but it was a blessing in disguise, because a week later, we found THE HOUSE, without a doubt. And we GOT IT!THEN Oksana kicks into high gear and had the super inspector, roofer, static water leak test and foundation experts all out within DAYS! All within our option period. She is incredible. Oh and she had a contractor out so we could get a bid on all the work that needed to be done to make sure that we would be within our fixer upper budgetand, so far we have been :)Buying a home is a huge thing, and in this market, can be downright taxing. Lauren, Oksana and Mylie made it fun, not stressful.SELLING: They listed our Crestview home and had it sold within hours. Now, I know in todays market that is not a surprise, however, with Elleves advice we sold for much more over asking then we thought we would get AND the deal was very strong and closed within 2 weeks. I say this, because, we know other folks selling homes who had high offers, but then the deal fell thru.The last thing i will mention is that when snow-pocalyps hit we lost our water heater and had to have it fixed 2 days before we closed on selling our house, and ONCE AGAIN, Mylie comes thru with a plumber to get it done... that was when plumbers where back logged for weeks.Bottom line: ELLEVE GETS IT DONE. WE LOVE THEM!

They saw to it that all my questions were answered, and in a timely fashion. They went above and beyond in introducing me to the builder, and even running over to the house when I was unavailable to do so. Even brought in some Amazon packages that arrived before we moved in!! I was shown a wonderful array of homes, as they took careful note of our style and needs. They are STILL a source for us as we navigate our new life in Austin, supplying us with names and numbers to numbers we may need for services, such as landscaping. They go beyond what a typical real estate agent typically does, and we are so grateful. HIGHLY recommend!
