We needed to purchase a house in Texas while still living in California, and Elizabeth made the process seamless and stress-free. She immediately began the search after understanding our needs and preferences, going above and beyond by conducting detailed video tours of multiple homes for us. Her descriptions were thorough, giving us a real sense of each property.When we made a quick trip to town, she dedicated an entire day to take us house shopping, ensuring we maximized our time. Elizabeth was an incredible advocate for us during negotiations, securing a very favorable price with the seller. Elizabeth is the best!! She helped us every step of the way on buying our first home. We had so many questions, and she was always there to provide answers. Elizabeth was flexible with our schedule and super friendly. One day, when we were touring homes in really bad weather, she was able to reschedule houses on the fly, and everything went smoothly. She has the energy and drive to really get you into the home you want. Super knowledgeable and truly the best in the business!

An Amazing Realtor Who Goes Above and Beyond. I recently had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth Oliva as my realtor, and I couldn’t be more happy with the experience. Elizabeth was super helpful throughout the entire process of buying my home. She communicated with me consistently and was always checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. One key experience that I would like to mention is during my home walkthrough. I was so grateful that Elizabeth joined me on this walkthrough because she was able to spot some issues and things that I hadn’t even noticed. After she pointed out these issues, the builder was able to fix them before I moved in, which was a huge relief.  Even after purchasing the home, Elizabeth went the extra mile to help me get set up with everything. For instance, she helped me choose the best electric provider possible, which was a huge help for someone who had never done that before. Throughout the entire process, Elizabeth’s communication skills were great. She was always available to answer my questions and provide updates. She made sure I knew what was happening at every step of the way. Elizabeth looked out for my best interests, which made me feel confident, and I felt that I was in good hands. I can’t recommend her enough for anyone in need of a reliable realtor.

Look no further than the Muhammad Ali of the real estate agent world!!!! Elizabeth is amazing at what she does! Her experience/professionalism really shines when she’s your agent. She’s always attentive on your calls; no matter the time! She isn’t you regular agent, she goes above and beyond than what majority of the agents do. She investigates your concerns and tries to get the answers you need when other don’t. When the journey to buying. Shine gets tough she gets tougher, pushing the deal through while advising you as a mentor. Simply a stable in the industry. If you’re looking for regular agent that does the bare minimum and looks at you as another cash cow then look elsewhere. She offers the best services and truly cares about the deal as much as you do. Attended the Realtor Open House on Wednesday. She had all three qualities I look for in a realtor. She had energy, enthusiasm and answered all of my questions (expert). Even better than that, I mentioned only one thing about the house and she discreetly fixed it before I left. If you want the best price for your home then Id highly recommend her.
