Morgan Neill is the best!! When we suddenly found ourselves moving out of our brand new house we had just built (lived in it 5 months), we turned to Morgan N. for help in selling it. My husbands career path moved us out of town so we were not living in the house when it was on the market. She did everything for us. She even had her husband get a dead mouse out of the garage!! Now that is service at its best! We also put my parents house up for sale as they had moved with us. Again, she was great and made the transaction so easy even though we were living 9 hours away. If you are looking for a hard-working, easy going, and professional realtor Morgan N. is your girl!!

Morgan Neil and Adrienne rock!! Listed our house with Elite and had an offer within 4 weeks! The most amazing staff and team to work with. We have had previous experience with realtors and never heard from them after a showing or updates regarding the process. The Elite team communicated on a weekly basis and within 24 hours after every showing! They have continued to help through the closing process and we are so pleased! We will absolutely work with Elite in the future and recommend friends and family!

The house hunting and buying is a very daunting process, especially for a first time home buyer, but Kade and his team made it as easy and stress free as possible. Kade was very patient with me made the search for the right house fun and easy. I really appreciate that they work well as a team and other team members have also reached out to me on different occasions to make sure I was comfortable during the whole process. Any questions I had were immediately answered. I loved that I didnt feel pressured at all during this whole process!I closed on my house a month ago and they are still making sure that Im comfortable, if I have any questions and what to expect after closing as oppose to just closing the sale and Im now on my own. Amazing customer service!
