We were so pleased with Eli! We were nervous about moving forward with the big change during a pandemic, and he was incredibly patient, informative, and transparent. Eli treated us like his own family; really understanding our needs. He actually found the house we wanted! We had a few challenges and he gave us full confidence to trust his advice. Eli was very professional throughout the entire transaction; thorough and organized. In the end, both the purchase and sell of our home was a very smooth process. I hope not to be doing this again for another 10-15 years, but I will definitely refer and recommend him.

Where do we even begin?! We worked with Eli to buy our first home about three years ago and had a great experience with him. When we found out we were expecting our first child, we called Eli again to help us sell our home and find a new home for our growing family. Eli walked us through the selling process, which was completely new to us. His experience and knowledge of the Austin market helped us price our home so that we made a profit. Our house went pending in less than a week! Eli was there every step of the way to give us advice and made the whole selling process feel comfortable and easy. When finding our new home, Eli went above and beyond to make himself available whenever fit our schedule. He spent countless weekends showing us house after house. When we did finally find our new home, he worked tirelessly to make the deal work. We are so thankful we lucked out finding a realtor as hardworking as Eli!

Had the opportunity to work with Eli Blackburn over a 8 month period while I was in the market to buy a home. I want to let anyone who is looking for to purchase a new home or property that Eli is a fantastic person to work with. I found Eli was very knowledgeable of the market, ALWAYS followed up with information request in a timely manner, and was very patient with me and showed me multiple properties until I found the one best for me. Once I found the property I wanted to purchase, Eli was an invaluable resource that was able to guide me through and beyond the closing process. Using his multiple connections in the finance portion and the home inspection process, Eli and I were successful and finding a great lender with good rates as well as an excellent home inspector who was able to come at short notice and provided his services and even educated me on what to expect. Eli worked tirelessly to ensure the closing went as scheduled and on time. Eli is the guy you want in your corner when purchasing property if you want a professional to partner with in the complex process of purchasing a home. He makes it simple and convenient. Eli Blackburn is absolutely the person you want to help you purchase your home in the Austin area! We just bought our first home in Austin and could not have been happier with the whole process. Eli is knowledgeable, patient, prompt, a clear communicator, and detail-oriented. However, my favorite thing about him is that he is a good listener who pays close attention to the interests and needs of the home buyer. He does not try to foist his own opinions upon you; instead he provides thoughtful and informed discussions to help you make the best decisions for you.Eli also goes out of his way to provide information you may not be aware of and to work with the lender and seller to make sure every detail is attended to in a timely fashion. I can vouch for the fact that, even when unexpected surprises come up during the contract period, Eli jumps in quickly to help resolve them so everything stays on track. His ability to maintain great working relationships with the other key players in the home purchase is very beneficial to the process. Even after we closed on our home, Eli has still been helping us tie up loose ends and answering yet more of our questions – he is truly there from start to finish.

Weve been in our home now for about 3 months and couldnt be happier. I didnt know Eli prior to meeting him for our first home tour. We were very new to home buying and I had a lot of questions. Eli never once made me feel that I should know this already. Eli made every effort to respond quickly and accurately to questions and concerns during the process. Eli encouraged us along the way and in the end, we found a great home in a great neighborhood. Eli is a true pro and extremely patient. He recently helped me and my wife purchase our home after having relocated from out of state. What started as a home search became a new build and Eli was there with us every step of the way for MONTHS. Anytime we had a question or concern with the builder, Eli was completely engaged to get us answers quickly and worked hard to keep them on the pace we needed. What was a casual conversation one day turned into a reality within just a few hours. Eli was very quick and eager to help my partner and I find a place to live within budget and within a very tight timeline. My boyfriend and I are first time homebuyers and decided on a new build having no idea what to expect. I would like to start this review by saying Eli Blackburn is AMAZING! He was able to very quickly and easily find me the condo of my dreams. As a first time home owner, I found the whole process of buying a home very overwhelming. Going through the process for the first time and on your own is not easy. And words of wisdom from friends and even strangers (it turns out everyone has a home buying horror story to share) definitely sent me through a whirl wind of ups and downs through this emotionally draining process....but that was all before I met Eli!So heres my story. I probably talked to about 4 real estate agents prior to meeting Eli (2 actually taking me to view properties one time each and 2 just signing me up for their MLS after listening to what I was looking for). Clearly I was not impressed. They were all very nice, but none of them were really LISTENING to what I wanted. They quickly signed me up to their MLS for EVERY zip code in Austin even though I repeatedly told them the only location I wanted to look in was south/central and in a SAFE area since I would be living alone. Sifting through 50 different listings an email that werent even in the area I was looking and also in rough neighborhoods was quickly overwhelming and frustrating because I felt like I was doing their job! All I wanted was a real estate agent who was going to actually listen to what I wanted and send me a few listings that they thought met that description, and in walks Eli.Eli sent me a PERSONALIZED email with a handful of listings, highlighting the ones he thought I would most like. He took me to see 2 places one day and BAM I fell in love with the 2nd condo I saw. I already had a mortgage broker lined up and I was pre-approved, but that fell through and Eli saved the day by helping to expedite the approval process through a new lender. Next came the offer, the inspection, the appraisal, and the closing. Eli made sure to walk me carefully through each of these steps to make sure I felt comfortable/understood everything that was going on. I felt bad because I was constantly emailing and texting him with silly questions, but he always made me feel like my questions were important and valid not silly and was always quick to respond/calm my nerves.I would definitely and have already recommended Eli to all my friends that are considering buying a home in Austin. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly took the time to get to know me and really understand what I was looking for in a home. Ive been living in my new place for a month and a half now and could not be happier with my decision to buy!

As a first time home buyer I found the independent research process to be overwhelming, confusing, and frustrating.A friend referred me to Elis firm and I could not have been happier with the outcome.We started by identifying 5-10 homes that I was interested in looking at using their website. After looking at three of my top picks I decided that I would live in an apartment for the rest of my life (the pictures online NEVER give you an idea of what the house, yard, etc. actually look like).Eli recommended that we take a look at subdivision that I really was not interested in. We took a look and within about 15 minutes I had found my home.My biggest concern with buying a house was the salesman aspect. The feigned interest in what I want/need, the over-the-top excitement to help me into my new home, etc. I am automatically put off by salespeople and on my guard when I am in this type of situation.I did not experience any of this. Eli was genuinely interested in helping me find my perfect home, where I would be happy, and at a price I could manage. He helped me through every step of the way. One of the main challenges is understanding all of the home-buying jargon. It is truly another language. He was able to explain things to me in a way that I could understand to ensure I was making informed decisions.Whenever I have the chance I tell people about Eli and will be sure to contact him the next time I in the market for a new home.
