Kimberlys advice added a lot of value to my home and I was able to sell it at a much higher price that I would have expected. From the staging consultation, her knowledge of the market and buyer expectations, I could tell her years of experience came into play and resulted in a quick sale of my home at a great price. this was the first time I sold a home and I was very stressed out initially. Having a empathetic, calm, and experienced realtor like Kimberly guiding me through the process put me at ease. I also really loved her marketing materials for my home - they were so slick and the 3D tour was awesome. I would enthusiastically recommend her and her company. I feel like the value her advice added to the home price more than paid for the commission she earned from the sale.

Kimberly is an extremely knowledgeable Realtor. She really knows Austin and she embodies the Austin spirit. She took time out of her life for several days to drive us around town when we were just checking it out. Her hospitality was definitely one of the reasons we choose to relocate to Austin.Once the decision was made, there were endless emails from us trying to organize the big move. She quickly responded to every one and made the whole process a lot less stressful.We were very thankful to Kimberly for all her time and attention and were extremely happy with the home and the neighborhood she helped us find.
