We were so lucky to find Macy Ruark during our search for a home in Tyler. For the past 6 months, she has gone above and beyond what you would expect from a real estate agent. The challenges that arose from us not being local did not impact the level of service we received. Hello, My name is Gail R. I had been planning a move to Tyler late in 2021. A home was being built. In October I was informed that the builder would not be offering any upgrades and a few weeks later that the home would not be completed until March. I had been waiting for nearly a year with my things in storagebecause my home in Houston had been sold for 7 months. I was really upset. I had met Vick Smith the previous year and had her card. I called her on October 26th and described my situation and what I was looking for. A few days later she sent me a listing and called me. I was staying in Florida at the time. That home didnt work out for me. About a week later she called and sent me another home. This time I was interested but still 1000 miles away. She went to the home and face timed me and gave me a tour. I decided to make an offer the next day. After a few days on the market and many showings I upped my offer and Vicki re-wrote it and got it in. The next day after several phone calls from me pushing a decision my offer was accepted and with myself pushing a quick close Vicki got the job done. I drove to Texas and got to see the home on November 24. Moved in December 2 on something called a lease back. Closed on December 9. Over all Vicki kept contact and I feel went far and above what was needed. She was with me every step as I had been widowed and never had to do any of this alone before. And yet today she checks in with me to make sure I am happy. Not only that she has helped my daughter and son-in-love find their first home that is still in process.
