We had the pleasure of working with Icela for the second time. Originally she had helped us with the purchase of our starter home. We had such a great experience that decided to ask her for help with the buy of our new home. Me and my wife extremely recommend her to help you buy and sell your home. she is very patient and was always very responsive to calls, text and emails. If we’re ever in the need to buy or sell our home we wont hesitate to give her another call.

Icela was phenomenal and amazingly professional when helping us sell our house. She guided us from our first meeting to decluttering, taking professional pictures, listing the house and accompanying us on the closure of our sell. I have known Icela for years and one day she sent me a message saying “Whenever you’re ready to buy your house, I will be here for you.” That’s a message that I never forgot. When I finally decided that it was time to find a new home for myself and my family, I reached out to her. Not only was she professional, but she was extremely patient, she showed much excitement for each house that she showed, and she was also very realistic if it wasn’t the right house. Our experience as a family with her was the best. She was with us through the sale of our previous home. She prepared a very nice welcome to our new home on the day of our move-in and she worked with me for a few weeks after with questions to the seller and the selling agent. Definitely recommend Icela Fernández to anyone that is needing a professional agent for their real estate needs. Would we use her again? Most definitely and she will be getting referrals from me as they come up.

We have relied on Icelas friendship and realty expertise for many years now! She first helped my mom and sister find a home rental back in 2014 when I graduated from college and moved back home. I started working as a teacher and when it was finally my time to buy a home (first one in the fam to buy) we reached out to Icela again!Her kind spirit and her no-pressure approach, made us feel SAFE in the home buying process (which can be super stressful with the WRONG realtor). She helped us buy our cute little starter home in 2016, no money down and with the best first-time-homebuyer financing! She hooked us up with all the best resources she had at hand.Fast forward to 2023, we were ready to sell our home and upgrade to a more long-term home. Selling and buying at the same time was so nerve-wrecking but We KNEW who our realtor would be! Icela did NOT dissappoint: quick to respond, quick to set up a consult, quick to get us the right financing, helped us set up our home to sell for a GREAT price, and helped us find the perfect home! Throughout it all she made us feel like we were her ONLY most IMPORTANT clients, even though Im sure she juggles many clients at the same time!If youre reading this review and looking for the perfect realtor to guide you to buying/selling property, stop looking and give her a call! Dont even consider anyone else lol.Note: her connections and relationships with other home professionals is SO impressive!
