Ty Duncan and his team were fantastic to work with. Our family recently moved to DFW from San Diego and we had very little time to find our new home (a daunting task with two very young daughters). Ty organized a tour of several neighborhoods and over 20 homes in only a few days. He and his wife picked us up from our hotel and spent much of their weekend graciously touring us around, answering endless questions, and introducing us to DFW and Texas! There are so many good things about my experience with Duncan real estate starting and ending with my Real estate agent Michael Light who was amazing . We had so many hurdles with buying and selling our house . Michael and his team at Duncan Real estate. Helped us get through each one . To be honest I don’t think another real estate agent would have stuck by us , the way Michael did . He was tenacious when he needed to be . Positive and motivating not letting us give up and helping us find the perfect house for our family . Our forever home . He made it his mission. He is young but don’t let that fool you he is smart and motivated and is so professional you would think he has been doing this for years . Worked with Ty / Duncan Real Estate on an investment property recently and they absolutely crushed it for me. Very pleased with the effort, communication, attentional to detail, and methodical negotiations that went into the transaction. Ultimately accepted and closed on an offer OVER asking price. We had 13 real offers within the first 4 days of being listed, several of which were over asking price, which means that Ty did a great job with pricing and positioning us to win in the transaction. Would I work with them again? I already am on another property...

Ty was a great resource when we decided to purchase our home. Funny enough, when we first met with Ty we weren’t even thinking of buying a home in the next couple of months but a day after my husband reached out to him the perfect home came on the market and my husband and I decided to pull the trigger. We met Ty on a Thursday I believe, and by Monday we had put in an offer on our dream house which was accepted (this house was even located in a well liked area and there were multiple offers). I have know Ty for almost 20 years. He has a great out going personality and a great work ethic. Ty did a great job judging the market and then pricing the house right. I got way more than what I thought and it was all because he priced the house right. He did an awesome job from start to finish and even dealt with issues even after closing so I didn’t have to worry about anything.My only complaint about Ty is that he doesn’t work down in Austin. If I could give Ty 100 stars I would.
