I bought a Donna Savariego Home earlier this year and was very happy with the whole process (my terrible lender notwithstanding!).They are true professionals and did an absolutely phenomenal job on the house; it looks nicer than anything I could have imagined. They did high quality-work with high-quality materials, and it really shows throughout. Many of my new neighbors commented to me that they had spent time in this house before it was renovated, and they could hardly believe it was the same house.The transaction itself was a piece of cake. Although we were at arms length and worked through my agent, he was always complimentary about their professionalism and congeniality. They were very patient with us while our lender caused a nice array of problems for us all to work through, but at the end of the day, everything worked out great.One of the things that stood out to me about the purchase experience was the quality of documentation they provided at close. They included invoices and warranty info for nearly everything that had been worked on during their renovations. As little things have come up, Ive contacted some of those vendors, and they have been some of the best people Ive worked with. For example, there were a couple electrical switches that were behaving strangely since we moved in. I called the electrician who DSH hired to do the work initially, and he was out within a couple days to get things working properly. He wouldnt take my money, saying it was his responsibility to make sure the work was done right. Ive since hired him for a bunch more work I wanted to have done. These are contractors who DSH uses regularly and, in some cases, has done business with for years, so they are certainly committed to maintaining their quality standards.As easy as this has been and continues to be, I can emphatically recommend purchasing from Donna Savariego Homes if you have the opportunity!

Donna and her staff are by far the best realtors in this town! They listen to you, find what you need and do it with a smile and some humor too!
