Important Message! I love reviewing great businesses and business owners and this is what I am about to do here!The backstory: In 2017 my wife and I were desperately looking for a place in North Austin/Round Rock after the sell of our previous home in Lafayette, Louisiana.Having no network locally we called random realtors and had a few house tours, but nothing clicked. Desperate for a good contact we texted Cesar at 10:30 one Thursday night regarding a property and within minutes he responded. Great first impression!We gave him our criteria: Good schools and neighborhood and something we could flip for a profit within 5 years. Due to some other engagements we had to return to Louisiana and ultimately bought a home in Round Rock, sight-unseen based on Cesar and Katherine’s recommendation and research.Fast forward: In addition to using their vast Rolodex of subcontractors, over the years to upgrade our 1983 Ranch style home, they listed the property exactly 5 years later for a whopping six-figure profit and $25K more than we were expecting to make!
