I originally signed with Dierschke & Dierschke Property management a year ago. They placed a tenant is less than 10 days. Huge shout out to Shannon and Matt. These are great people that run a tight ship. I had a not so great tenant and they handled the aftermath with professionalism. Matt literally dropped everything he was doing to come do an inspection for me. Round of applause for these people. -

We worked with Kim Leabo to assist us in finding our first home in San Angelo. She was amazing. She never grew tired of our endless questions or concerns. When we found the home of our desires, she got us smoothly through the close process. I can’t tell enough how pleased we were with her service. Ask for Kim when you need reality assistance. She even makes sure to answer our concerns after the sale. -

I have been renting from them for over 2 years now. And with every property there are going to be issues from time to time. Sometimes just from the age of the home or because your children pulled a little to hard on a string to turn on a light. I can tell you any time Ive had one Ms. Genene Baker made sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. It has been so amazing to have her managing this property. The other day my house started to flood and she had someone to my house within mins to turn the water off, someone here to get the water up, carpets cleaned and replaced what the water had come in contact with she herself was to the house within moments as well. All the maintenance people I have came in contact with have all be great. I have had a wonderful experience with them. So grateful to have such a wonderful team on my side when it comes to renting. -

Melanie Love was fantastic! She was always available for whatever we needed. No request was too big or too small. Any questions we had are answered openly, honestly, and immediately. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. -

D&D for the past ~8 years has provided, to me, outstanding property management services for a single property I have in San Angelo. I use a different property management service for a property I have, not within Texas. This other business does provide a good service. However, they do not provide property management service nearly as well as D&D.. D&Ds service is simply much more all around polished, professional, reasonable with fees, and swift. I appreciate it. And, would recommend them to anyone. -

I couldnt be happier with this management company. I have MS, and trying to fill out forms on my phone is next to impossible. They went above and beyond helping me fill out the forms using the secretaries computer and desk. Thank yall for bending over backwards helping me! Yall are wonderful! -

Ive been using Aaron Nelson for about 2 years now. My objective with rental property investing is to create a passive income stream, and Ive been able to accomplish this goal because of Aaron. Aaron makes decisions and takes care of problems before I even know there was a problem. If you want true mailbox money, then hire Aaron as your property manager. -
