Diane Jacob is an absolute professional! It has truly been a pleasure working with her! She has listened to my concerns and preferences and has supported me both in the sale of my home and in the search process of my next home. When issues arose regarding the sale, she offered suggestions, then stood back and supported my decision. She arranged for a roofing company to do the suggested repairs, and even met them at my home! I never missed time from work during the process. Her roofers completed the repair in just two days. The buyers agent and inspector were both impressed! The sale went through without additional issues. Ms. Jacob has been incredibly patient as I have put bids in on homes, raised those bids and lost them. She arranged a wonderful rental for me in my desired neighborhood. She reaches out by text and email within hours of a new listing. I appreciate her honesty and her can-do spirit!
