I’ve been here almost a year with my family. Safe place , good residents and it was an easy transition and we got to move in with ease. I have been enjoying my time here and the staff are friendly! If I ever do have any questions/maintenance which is really rare , they come and handle anything quickly. -

The people who work here are not only super polite and nice but they work hard and try to help in any way possible. They are super quick and good about maintenance, the apartments are beautiful, the grounds are clean and well maintained and we rarely have issues. I’m happy that I was able to rent with them -

Maintenance orders are taken care of on the same day, the office ladies are so kind and the overall moving in process was a breeze! The unit I leased was given to me in excellent condition, with the exception of a few minor things but the entire experience was wonderful. Highly recommend working with them! -

I don’t always write a review but when I do it’s always something great to share . I’ve been renting at a Colonial plaza 1637 and I couldn’t be more thankful for the great service the maintenance people have been doing. They were also the first of the few people I’ve met here in this neighborhood and they’ve gone out of their way to help someone who’s in need of help. I mean I don’t know if it’s part of their policy but as a tenant it makes me feel like home and grateful to know they’re not only here to work but also showing a great act of kindness. They are always looking out for us and our belongings(cars). I’ve had them knocking on my door to alert me that I got a flat tire, or somethings wrong with it ,and they’ve offered to help on a hot sunny day , I mean they didn’t have to do that. But big shoutout to all y’all maintenance crew, y’all don’t just keep our neighborhood clean but also treats us tenants like family. Bless y’all hearts ! -

Havent had any huge problems. Stuff does break alot but usually someone comes to fix it no later than a day after we call. The manager works pretty hard, nice older lady. Laundry is 24/7 so thats nice. Been here a little River a year and havent had any issues really. Not a bad place to start out -

Ive lived in my apartment for several years now and have never had any problems if something needs to be fixed it gets done either the same day I call or the next day the staff is very nice they have never been rude to me ... I do have to say that they dont play when it comes to anyone braking any of the rules in the lease but do you blame them ..??So basically follow the rules they have pay your rent on time and you wont have any issues... -
