My husband, Joe, and I have purchased a house and sold a house with Denver as our broker. We have purchased 3 houses and sold 2 houses in the last 3 years and Denver is, BY FAR, the best broker we have worked with. Denver goes above and beyond in every way you can imagine. He sold our house while we were living over 1,000 miles away and Denver handled everything and got us the selling price we hoped for in the slowest selling season. Denver arranged to have the rental house cleaned, painted, etc. and Denver managed everything and made it completely effortless. Heβs just a really honest, really nice guy. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
