Our family loved working with Kristin Huggins to find a new home for us after 29 years! We had very specific requests for a main home plus an ADU and other specifics and she was undaunted. My wife and I were first time home buyers. We were looking for a new place as we’d recently moved back to Austin, were living with family, and had just recently welcomed our newborn daughter over the summer. Given the small space we were in, we needed to find a place quickly that was baby friendly, in a nice neighborhood, with good schools, and that would be a wise investment for the future as we grow our family. We needed a Realtor who knew the area well, was prompt with communication, and who could meet at random hours given our crazy schedule with a newborn.We bumped into Stacey at an open house in Shady Hallow and immediately understood she was very experienced with Austin real estate and South Austin specifically. She was very, very quick to respond to every message or ridiculous question we might ask.
