First, I would like to say how great shes been to work with. Shes responsive, communicates very well and has a will not give up attitude.We are just renters and were having trouble finding a place to rent. No fault of anyone elses but ours. She treated us with such professionalism.Most real estate agents wont put their best effort into renters but she did not hesitate to treat us with the same energy as she would a home buyer.I would absolutely recommend Dell to anyone, whether youre looking to rent or buy, she is a great choice.

Dell Tamblyn is the most amazing realtor Ive ever worked with not only is she extremely knowledgeable of her craft shes dedicated. Shes not like other realtors shes actually here to help not just try and get you into any old house in a hurry and any house you want to see shell do her research on it and provide you with the info. 9 A.M. or 9 P.M. doesnt matter shes willing to come out and show you a house. All in all Dell is the best and shes amazing and if I ever look for a house again or know anyone looking Im calling Dell Tamblyn.

Dell has showed me over 20 houses! I have a very specific list of things needed in a house/personal issues and have not been able to buy a house with her yet. However, when I do buy a house it will be from her!My house hunting journey has been crazy and Dell has stayed with me through it all! She responds really fast to questions, house viewings, and has helped me with loan offers. She is an amazing realtor and I highly recommend her!
