I am so very pleased to have met and worked with Debbie Kovar!! She proved to be kind, understanding, caring, and uncommonly professional! Such a lovely, positive person! I have always been informed and given unprejudiced guidance. All of my questions have been answered promptly. We started our relationship back in the fall of 2022. Although I thought I was ready to move then, it turned out that I really wasn’t. I loved my little house and didn’t want to leave it, even though I really needed to. Debbie was understanding of that and worked with me patiently until I was finally ready to move on. She put my house in MLS one morning and, before the day was done, it was sold at the full listed price!! She’s held my hand through all the seller pitfalls. She’s kept my spirits up. What a process! We havent bought or sold a home in 20 years and things have changed so much. Debbie was so helpful and patient with us and always there with answers and help anytime we needed it.
