    Lauren Camacho was an excellent buyers agent. In April/May 2023, my son was finishing college in Indiana and scheduled to start a good job in Beaumont, TX on July 31. Lauren was very responsive and worked closely with him from out-of-state during May to view a particular house remotely and then quickly put in an offer, which was accepted. She provided advice and consulted others when necessary, but in the end she did whatever he thought was appropriate. She contacted inspectors, contractors and the listing agent on his behalf quickly and efficiently and was tenacious when she needed to be. When he went to work in London for the summer, she and the loan officer arranged through the title company for me to be his power of attorney, so I was able to sign all the documents at closing on his behalf, also coming from out-of-state myself. After closing, she didnt disappear but instead continued to follow up to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. And best of all, Lauren always had a pleasant, patient attitude!-Corinne P.

We attempted to sell our home with another realtor a few years ago, but were unsuccessful and didnt have a very good experience.     My husband and I heard about Dayna Simmons Real Estate over the radio for over the last two or more years. When we were ready to sale our home we knew we wanted to go through them over any other real estate locally. Once we got there we were greeted with the up most respect. We immediately talked to a sales representative who talked us through the process and help us understand all the details in us sailing our home and what to expect.Once we decided to continue the process everything went very smooth. They did everything and all we had to do is sit back and look over the paperwork and sign all the documents. They had a photographer immediately come out and take photos and got our home listed in a matter of a week if not less. Our home had several viewings and had an offer on it maybe two weeks from listing date. We got our offer on the home the week of Christmas and it was closed in 3 weeks.
