Cant say enough about the excellent job David did in helping me sell my old house! The level of work and time he puts into making for a smooth sale just astonished me (and basically everyone else familiar with my sale). I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know needing to sell a house.

We knew David as a neighbor and and coordinator of events in the neighborhood. It was an easy decision to choose him as our Realtor! David advised us on how to stage our home to maximize buyers interest, knew the area market and priced our home to sell. First day on the market, we got our full asking price!David was available for our questions and concerns and always went above our expectations!He hired the best photographer. The pictures of our home were amazing!We moved out of state once the house was on the market, so there were many things that he had to coordinate for us. That was well above a Realtor’s responsibilities! He would serve you the same, not just because we were neighbors. We would 100% recommend David Hart for your real estate needs!

David did a fantastic job in the sale of our home. He had lots of ideas as to how we could best stage and prepare for photographs, and it sold in just a couple of days with multiple offers. The thing that sets David apart from most other agents is his willingness (even eagerness) to go the extra mile to see that both the buyer and the seller are satisfied with the transaction. We bought a house through him a few weeks ago and then he helped us sell our existing home, and in each case he was literally hands-on, including such unexpected items as vacuuming kitchen drawers, replacing garage door insulation tiles, replacing HVAC filters, spreading dirt around the foundation, etc. We’ll be referring him to everyone we know.

We cant express how amazing it has been to work with David throughout our homebuying process. He actually listened, even to our smallest details, about what we wanted & needed in our new home. He gave us his full attention & amazing unbiased information on each home we toured. He was knowledgeable on the area & gave great advice. His service didnt end with just finding us a home, he also prepared us with homestead information, tax & insurance information, utilities, you name it the list goes on. We are moving from out of state so we greatly appreciate all the help & information. Even after closing he has been amazing at following up & helping us complete everything. We feel that he truly went above & beyond. David has a great personality & we enjoyed working & house hunting with him. He has definitely become a true friend. I will recommend him to everyone I possibly can & we look forward to using him in the future.

David has been my Realtor for several years now and has assisted me in buying two homes and selling one. When it was time for my wife and I to buy our dream home, I knew exactly who to turn to. David, as always, was extremely helpful, patient and willing to assist us in any way possible. He is quick in his responses to both texts and e-mails, always providing sound and helpful advice. During this COVID-19 pandemic, we did have to sign the closing paperwork at our home. Without hesitation, David came to our residence and was a guiding hand as we finished signing the final paperwork. This is the second home David has assisted my family in purchasing. Once again he handled all the behind the scene work and ended up saving me 7,000 dollars in negotiations for seller’s concessions. He spent time to review my inspection report and itemize all items that needed repair.He is professional and an excellent communicator and connected with me every step of the way so I always knew what was occurring with my buying process. Any question I had no matter how small was always answered by David.I would recommend David to any home buyer!
