I was recommended to David Griffin & Co Realtors through my boss who is connected to a lot of professionals in the industry. I submitted a form online and immediately was contacted by Randall Elms. The ENTIRE process he was extremely patient, helpful, honest, kind, hard working, and proactive. As a first time home buyer, he even gave me tips on how to care for the house we were looking at in case I were to move forward with the home. He was not pushy at all either, which is extremely important to us. Great communication for the several months we worked with him, whether it was email, text, or phone call. Throughout the process he shared resources with me to help me make informed decisions, and if I was confused about anything he would always clarify. Hes been in the DFW area for a long time and is very knowledgeable with the area (which of course is a plus). I always felt that we were his #1 priority (and have no doubt his other clients do as well). We ended up making our first home purchase and we couldnt be happier with the service he and his company provided to us. We absolutely recommend this company.
