As a first time home buyer, I was nervous and new to the process of purchasing a home. David broke up the process into bite size pieces and was very great at explaining each step. He helped us communicate with the seller, the bank, and all other stake holders. He was always extremely fast at responding, and would answer any questions big or small. I appreciate his quick actions and now I can say I am a home owner!

David is an amazing realtor. My husband and I have worked with him in three separate real estate transactions over the years. David is compassionate and very transparent prior, within, and throughout the contract phase. He has extensive experience in the Real Estate industry and it shows in his expertise and knowledge. Real Estate transactions can be emotional and stressful due to the high stakes of capital involved. David is very comforting and reassuring. He is very personable and highly skilled in negotiations. Two of our real estate transactions with him were extremely complicated. However, David was able to combat and mitigate risks on our behalf at a high level. We would recommend him to anyone we know.

Our experience with David was amazing. It was our first time looking to purchase property/land in Texas. David was very knowledgable and patiently brought me up to speed on what to look for in a property in Texas. He shared his own personal experiences with real-estate investing and what he felt would be a good investment for us given our needs. It allowed us to purchase our first piece of land and we couldnt be happier.

I cant say enough about how amazing David Glorioso has been to us - both professionally as an agent, and personally as a genuinely good person. It took us several trips to decide on the lot of land we wanted to purchase, and each time David had taken the time to show us the properties. He even carved out a portion of the time he was to spend with his son for us. David was sincere, honest, transparent, and has great knowledge about each property. He stuck with us through the entire process, and checked in frequently to make sure we were well informed. We had such a wonderful experience that we recommended David to all that we know, including my own sister. She ended up purchasing from David as well and experienced the same professionalism and hospitality. We could not be more grateful for David and would recommend his services whole heartedly. He goes out his way to help and years after the sale, he is still helping us when we have questions or concerns. He treats us like family and understands the importance of high budget decisions.
