Danae made buying a house an easy experience. She was always available to answer any questions and her response time was almost immediately. She even went the extra mile to help us preview homes via FaceTime when we were still in Florida. If she didn’t know the answer to our questions she would find the answer quickly and respond back. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to home construction and definitely knows the components of a finished interior. She stuck with us through all the indecision on our part until we found the right home. Buying a house can be very stressful but Danae had a way of shouldering some of that stress. Are you a completely clueless first time homebuyer like me? If so, you should 1000% use Danae.This absolute angel of a woman walked me and my newbie self through everything. (Honestly she still is 🤫) no question goes unanswered nor is there any pain in trying to figure things out on your own. She is there to help you in every step of the way. With the added bonus of making sure you feel taken care of and everything explained. Since the first time I met Danae in person till the very end, she cares about you first. Dane is extremely professional and friendly and personable. Danae was amazing to work with! We had a very quick move take place and had less than 2 weeks notice to pack our house and move across the country while trying to get our house cleaned up and put on the market. That paired with a tough market due to interest rates had us stressed out beyond belief going into the process, but luckily we had Danae to help us keep our sanity. From quickly listing the house, staging, letting in contractors for repairs, posting on social media, or other creative ideas she was a huge help - I can honestly say we wouldn’t have gotten to this point without her! If you are selling or buying a home in the area she is absolutely the best person to work with and you can trust her to get the job done.

CANNOT RECOMMEND DANAE ENOUGH! 🙌🏼If you want to feel comfortable, secure and cared for during your home-buying process, this is your realtor. Danae is the most patient human with such a big heart. She genuinely looked out for our best interests and made sure we got everything we wanted.We looked into buying our first home for quite a while before meeting Danae. We would tour homes and talk but nothing ever came of it. We were so ready to buy, but also extremely unsure of (and intimidated by) the process. We didn’t know where to start or what to do. That is when we stumbled upon Danae.Since our first phone call, we knew she would be the one to help us find our home! She instilled us with knowledge and a sense of security in what we were doing.During this process, she put a tremendous effort into making sure we knew all of our options. Weighing pros and cons of locations, builds, etc. She drove hours in all different directions, braved 12-degree temps, and talked on the phone with us at all hours of the day. Once we figured out what we truly wanted, she fought hard to find that for us.Fast forward, we have been homeowners for 5 months! Coming from out of state it was important for us to rely on their knowledge and experience to help us find the right area and house for us. They were honest and straightforward with us the whole way. When we ran into an issue with the first house they were extremely patient and helpful in explaining pros and cons. We backed out of that one and they found us the perfect house the next day!
