I was living out of state, but needed to move to be closer to family. After several realty recommendations, I selected the Dan Olivas and Associates Realty for help in finding me a house. Houses were scarce, Patti Olivas was the realtor, who searched and searched and finally helped me find a builder. She helped me navigate builder plans, building sites and model home tours all from a distance. I would have changed my mind about moving had it not been that Patti walked me through the whole building process. She would call me, sent videos of the progress. If I had questions, she would contact the builders and get me answers. And finally, I was unable to do my final walk-through because of of timing and distance; Patti did the walk through for me, while videoing the process.This lady went over and above of what she needed to do. She walked and talked me through the buying, building, and closing. I cannot say enough good things about her. Shes knowledgeable, personable, her follow-through is amazing. I highly recommend Patti Olivas.
