Working with Dan to sell my house has been a great experience. I interviewed him after I tried to sell a few times but couldn’t. He came to the interview very prepared, very knowledgeable and very sincere. He gave me a honest appraisal of my property and the strategies he would employ to get it sold within my time frame.As soon as I hired him after two previous attempts to sell failed, he brought a level of professionalism that changed the game and we literally got an offer within our target even before showing! I needed to sell before the end of December 2023 and Dan made that happen with 6 weeks of hiring him!He updated me as often as needed, guided me on areas I didn’t understand and always allowed me to make my own decisions. Dan Ngo has truly been a blessing to us in selling our home. We went through 2 realtors in the course of 3 years that came no where close to the level of service and support that Dan offered to my wife and I. Dan kept constant communication, many times daily, to ensure he addressed all of our concerns and questions. He told us that he would get our home sold quickly and he did exactly that. I dont think that it is an overstatement to say that Dan is an outstanding realtor. He was always very patient and honest with us. He was also very knowledgeable regarding the real estate market. I’m so happy to choose Dan as an agent for selling my house. Before making this decision, I thought selling a house was an easy work. I thought that I hadn’t need an agent, so I wanted to sell my house all by myself. Two months passed by since the day I listed it myself, I got tons of view, several asking basic questions, one showing, zero offering. I then realized that it was not an easy job. I finally had an appointment with Dan, he showed me all the process had to be done for selling a house. He was so professional, honest and enthusiastic.
