Damon recently sold my previous home and assisted me with building/purchasing a new house. He kept me up to date on everything and provided honest feedback. Damon is very knowledgeable about the Austin metropolitan area and will find you a house in an ideal location. He is patient, resourceful, and was easily accessible. If youre new to the area or even a local looking to move, he is the best realtor for the job.

We were in the process of moving from out of state when we lucked into finding Damon. We worked with him for months before we made our physical move. Even when we arrived in Austin, we ultimately decided to build new after seeing several dozen listings. Damon did an amazing job helping us negotiate the contract as well as design center upgrades and helped suggest structural plan upgrades we might not have thought of on our own. Throughout the entire build process Damon was available for questions and meetings with the builder. He was very knowledgeable and patient and we would highly recommended him.

In 2018 we bought a single family home in Pflugerville based on the great help of Damon. We can only recommend him, as he was fantastic. It took us more than 2 years to find the perfect home, he never gave up and always supported us in all aspects of searching, visiting and inspecting possible homes. I’ve had many agents and Damon is exceptional. He was always available for questions, advice, and even attended the close with me. I have NEVER had an agent attend closing with me to go through the papaerwork etc. Damon is well versed in all financial aspects needed to purchase a property. He is also networked with any and all help/ contractors you may need for your financing, remodeling, renting, etc. of your new or existing property. He is incredibly patient and professional and I will utilize him again in any future real estate needs.

He was friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and was always looking out for my best interest. After 2 weekends of showing me homes and observing my pickiness, Damon wisely suggested that I consider a custom build. He setup a meeting with a fantastic builder so that I can evaluate this option. A couple weeks later I signed a contract for my custom home! I cant thank Damon enough for his insight and guidance, especially for a first time home owner like myself!
