Dale was extremely knowledgeable about the Katy market. We had not sold or bought a house in many years. He was very patient with us and thoroughly explained the process we would experience, without being condescending. We were impressed with his web presence and use of technology. We had read his monthly publication for years and were impressed with its content. We interviewed two other realtors (who we were sure were quite good), but Dales 40 plus years selling houses in Katy won the day. We have no regrets using Dales services and have already recommended him to some good friends selling their house.

Specials thanks to Dale Ross and his excellent team.Dale is definitely the best Real Estate broker in Katy area. His expertise and strong marketing strategies help to reach the best potential for his clients.Dale explains his strategies upfront, evaluates the house condition and offers his suggestions honestly. He makes a reasonable proposal of listing price based on the current market condition (not the most aggressive one). I found his price strategy actually delivered best value to me.Also, He has a large list of independent contractors that help us to make quick decision on what/how/when to do the make ready for listing. This adds a great value and saves me a lot time.His team (Debbi, Brittaney & Dawn) is on top of everything since the house listing to the end of the closing and funding completion.My house sold within one day on the market and closed within 45 days.I will definitely recommend Dale if you are looking for sale or buy your house.

Choosing Dale Ross to sale my house in Katy is one of the best decisions that I ever made. He and his team are very professional and caring. He completed the documents and put the house on the market with great pictures quickly. It’s very nice that I can read the potential buyers feed back from the open houses and showings. Dale quickly responded to my emails or phone calls and answered my questions with patience. The house was vacant during January, before the cold snap in Katy; Dale sent me email reminding me to do the winterization for the house. I especially thank Dale’s assistant Brittany. Many times she opened the house for contractors to perform winterization, repairs, cleaning etc. She always responded quickly and nicely. The house selling process and closing were smooth. Dale and his team made my remote selling of the house a lot less stressful. I highly recommend him!

Dale and his team assisted me in the sale of my home and the purchase of my new home. Dale and his entire team were a delight to work with. I was nervous about the move and everyone involved took great care to insure I was comfortable and updated throughout the process. Dale provided contractors who actually returned my calls and showed up to work on time when I needed a few thing fixed. I was referred to Dale Ross by a friend and I am so glad it happened the way it did. I want to thank the Dale Ross Realty Group for selling my old home and helping me find and buy my next home. I sold my old home for more than what I thought I would, and they advised me in finding and negotiating to buy my new home for less than what I thought I was going to have to pay. There was an issue with the seller and the sellers agent on the home I was buying, and Dale was able to make it happen regardless. Ill call The Dale Ross Realty Group when I am ready to sell and buy again. Ill be happy to refer him to my friends and family.
