Kyle Simmons was our realtor for the sale of our home and the purchase of a new build. We have sold/purchases 2 homes prior to this transaction and I have to say that we have never received such attention to detail and care along every step of the way. Kyle took his time to attend builder meetings with us, walk throughs and contract signings. If I had questions, Kyle was quick to respond and informative. He also made sure our home sale went seamlessly. I also want to speak to the ability of Cy-Fair Real Estate to market your home, the pictures of our property were beautifully done, and the listing was professional. As painful as selling your home can be, they made the process smooth sailing. We were able to meet our mutual goals and are very happy with the personalized service, support and care that we received.

Using Cy-Fair Real Estate has been such an amazing experience!! It started with going online and not knowing where to get started. I went on their website and it was so clear and easy to see what choices were available. They break down every neighborhood and then show all of the listings available for that area. Next, we called randomly on a Saturday morning and someone picked up the phone. He spoke to us for almost an 1 1/2 hours about the different neighborhoods and what our needs and wants were. He was very patient and very willing to help. We found out that he is the Jim Mulholland owner/broker of the company. His professionalism and time he took to talk with us set the tone for the rest of what we dealt with. He immediately referred us to our amazing realtor Natalie Jones, who is their top producer of the company. We had only spoken on the phone before we got to Texas. She listened to all of our needs and came up with multiple properties for us to look at. We were on a time constraint but she was able to show us 12 homes in 1 day!! She was very organized, professional, caring, and very easy to work with. She made us feel very comfortable and we felt very confident with everything she did. She went well out of her way to help us make our dreams come true. Even during the close of escrow all of the assisting agents and title company were great to work with. Working with Kenton was an amazing experience. After working with some pretty good realtors in the past I can say my expectations were set pretty high going into our first meeting. From our first day, to closing day (and even after), Kenton was there whenever we needed him. Mr. Jim Mulholland is a great realtor I ever met. He helped me buying a home at Coles Crossing community seven year ago. He drove me around to see many different houses in the market. I decided to buy one house I thought was best. We signed the contract. When my wife came to look at the house and she was not happy about a few small things. Jim was willing to go back to the house that he recommended to me before. My wife turned out like the house very much. Jim was willing the cancel the old house contract and with his own cost for the option money. Because of Jims skill, we eventually bought the house with good floor plan and big back yard with vegetable garden even the house was under another contract negotiation. Jim is a best and most honest realtor. He is always thinking about his clients. I will recommend him to everyone for his services.

I can’t think of a thing that I wouldn’t recommend! In my opinion, the realtors job is to find you the house you want and for the most part leave it at that. What we experienced with Natalie Jones at Cu-Fair real estate was so much more. She kept in touch during the process and as we had an issue that was discovered while looking, she gave us the time to resolve it, but stayed in touch to see how we were doing.Once it was taken care of, she helped us find the home that worked for us. When the mortgage company that we had chosen, have us numbers that didn’t seem right, she recommended a mortgage company that was both knowledgeable and concerned with us getting a fair deal. This is our forever home, but if it wasn’t, Natalie would be my agent for our next one, no questions asked.

My wife and I had been looking for houses in Cypress when I came across the Cyfair Real Estate website. After we signed up so we could look at the houses they had listed, Wendy emailed me and Im extremely glad she did. Wendy was awesome throughout the whole process. We were first time home buyers so we werent really sure what we wanted at first. Wendy took us around to several neighborhoods and looked at many houses with us to help us determine what we wanted. It really felt like she was as invested in choosing the house as we were. Once we found the house we wanted Wendy helped walk us through the process, negotiated with the builder and got us a great deal, and made sure the house was in the right shape in our walk throughs. In the middle of 2020, amidst COVID, my husband, mother-in-law, and myself began considering moving out of California to Texas. Seeing as I had family already living in the Cypress area, it made Texas our number one choice. July 4th weekend of 2020, my husband visited Texas with me for the first time. We had previously discussed the idea of moving to Texas with my family. Tammy Baio came highly recommended to us. She made herself readily available to us, during our very, short visit in July. She managed to show us numerous homes, in various areas/subdivisions that fit our very, specific needs. My husband fell in love with Texas, and upon returning to California, we decided we would move by the end of 2020. Selling two homes in California, while trying to purchase a home, unseen, in Texas was super stressful, but Tammy worked diligently to remove most of the stress off our shoulders. We ended up purchasing a beautiful, 4-bedroom, 3 full bathroom and 2 half bathroom home in Towne Lakes. We could not have found or purchased this place without the help of a great realtor from the area; our eyes on the ground, Tammy Baio. She went above and beyond the call of duty for us, walking through homes we wanted to see, while doing video calls with us at the same time so we could ask questions. Anything we needed to find out, she was able to get all the answers for us. She even hooked us up with everything from the lender to the escrow company. Tammy was relentless in getting us almost all the repairs/items noted in the inspection report, including a new microwave! She is not only extremely professional and knowledgeable, but she also truly listens to and cares about her client’s needs.
