We cannot say enough good things about Lindsay. We found a house that we were interested in before it went to market and she helped us navigate the negotiations quickly and wisely to secure the house for us.We then needed to list our house immediately, which is no easy task. Lindsay worked around our quick timeline to assess needs for staging and photography and had the house listed in less than a week. Her outside staging and photography were second to none. We received 12 offers in the first 24 hours and ended up accepting an offer WELL over asking price.Throughout the entire process she was professional and courteous, offering advice but guiding us to make choices that worked for our family and priorities. Selling and buying a home simultaneously can be a very overwhelming, chaotic and an intimidating process and Lindsay was the calm in the storm! My wife and I sold our home in June 2019, and chose Lindsay to help us sell and find our new home. We wanted to downsize a bit but I had placed this Feat on hold for a couple years knowing the pain I have been thru in the past in buying and selling homes. She was so helpful , hands-on and timely with our entire selling process . She guided us in the entire process and had a prompt solution for all our questions and concerns.
