While looking for a spot to settle after selling our home in another county, we happened upon Tracy from Cross H Realty. She showed us several properties - including the one we now call home. Tracy proved that she is more than a realtor, she is a friend. She was able to help us each step of the way including helping us to meet our neighbors, steps for engaging with county and state services and recommending local businesses. Thats been over 2 years ago. Tracy continues to keep in touch. She has been the most important factor in helping us feel welcome to the community. Thank you Tracy!

I recently sold a rental property in Brownwood that needed a fair amount of repairs prior to being sold. I live out of state so I relied heavily on Tracy to help manage the repairs that were needed and the inspection repairs that were requested from the inspection. Tracy did an outstanding job with her contractor recommendations and repair follow up to ensure the jobs were done correctly.
