Justin is incredibly helpful. I am a bit jaded from past experiences with realtors, but Justin caused me to change my perspectives.In short, I was panicking about a number of home-related issues, and I felt that I was up s*** creek without a paddle. Even though we had never spoken, Justin responded to my cold email nearly instantaneously. He then spent 45 minutes talking to me on the phone, acting as my personal real estate guru and providing therapy / guidance about how to solve or address each of my issues.As a result, I went from next-level anxious to a woman with a plan, thanks to Justin. Its clear that hes helpful just for the sake of doing good, which feels rare these days. While Ill undoubtedly use his services in the future, he didnt earn anything off of the call. We used the service he got estimates from. We almost did not get this house, another purchase offer came in first and was accepted. But the deal fell apart and Justin texted us from his family skiing vacation to let us know it was back on the market, and we offered and got it! He has tremendous experience to deal with any issue that comes up. Buying a home is a major life event so while would you want anyone who is not a professional with lots of experience? He walked us into houses remotely from Europe, teaching us all the tricks with real estate in Texas, going to a point where he convinced us out of some houses thanks to his experience. Once in Dallas, he continued to be super available. He really knows his job, has really good knowledge of renovation work etc. He was super responsive and available.
