I worked with Amanda, and I honestly really enjoyed the whole home buying experience. It was pretty scary at first, but Amanda was there the whole way and communication was essential to me. No matter what time this woman would reply which was super nice. Specially late nights when we all tend to overthink things, I would shoot her a text and she would respond with an answer or tell me that she would look into and find one within that day or the next.What I loved the most was the honesty that she would provide. Amanda is an amazing real estate agent. I met her a year ago at an open house while looking for a home for my mom in the Houston area. At the time, she helped us looked for houses and took us to look at a few. However, my mom decided to not buy a house and we placed the house searching on hold.This past summer, weve decided to move forward with purchasing our first home. I reached out to Amanda again about a few houses I found on house searching websites. She was always easily accessible to answer any questions.We were in the process of one house. The sellers were difficult to work with but Amanda was good at demanding certain things. We paid for the inspection, appraisal and loan application fee. Unfortunately, the house fell through because the house was appraised for less and the sellers wouldnt lower the price. Amanda was nice enough to give us a little something for our next house.I strongly believe in everything happens for a reason. We found a house closer to town, new construction, with builders incentives that can go towards closing costs. Amanda was prompt with contacting the real estate agency and helping us move forward with this house. During the walk through, Amanda was very good at pointing out flaws that I didnt see myself.With everything said and done, we finally closed on our first house! Amanda has been very helpful even after the purchase of the home. She still reaches out to me to make sure everything is going well. Amanda is very knowledgeable and personable. She is also a wonderful person to work with and a great real estate agent!

She can take a quick look and tell you exactly what youre dealing with. If she doesnt know, she has ways of figuring it out. She is well connected with competent, honest professionals in the other related fields (inspections, etc.) if you need a recommendation.She went to bat for us during difficult situations. She is friendly and fun, but always professional and able to command respect from the various parties you have to deal with. We got the sense that she really cared about us finding the just right house. She genuinely wanted us to love it. She was never pushy, and she never had an agenda beyond getting us the house that was right for us.I cant imagine a better realtor than Amanda. Go with her. You will be glad you did.
