Creekview Realty did a superb job helping me to sell my home, from pre-listing calls when I asked a million questions to during the listing and inspection periods when I asked a million more. They answered quickly at all times of day and helped me with what I needed. The prices are quite generous for the amount you are saving. Their website has excellent info to help you sell your home quickly (hint: its all about the price) and the general process. I would and will continue to recommend Creekview to friends and family. Thank you to John, Ruth, Darby, and Victoria! -

I interviewed MANY flat fee companies and chose Creekview Realty...BOY am I glad I did! My biggest concern with the flat fee agents is most never answer the phone and you never receive the inquiries. I tested Creekview for several weeks and weekends by calling them at all hours and on the Saturdays & Sundays. Creekview answered the phone every time, they were informative professional and courteous! Ruth, Darby and Victoria are ll the BEST, they made sure my listing was exactly like I wanted! Now lets see how the showings and contacts go, but I am confidant with the way Creekview has handled everything to this point that they will do a great job talking with perspective buyers! Thank you Creekview Realty for offering a wonderful service and a fair price! -

This company was fantastic to work with. I would use them again in a heartbeat! It was just like working with any other real estate agent except without the fluff of them showing up at your house in a BMW and making you feel guilty if you choose not to work with them. They always answered the phone. They always gave helpful responses to my questions. When it came to negotiations, John did an excellent job! This is how the Real Estate industry should be operated! Thank you to the whole team! -

We completed our second successful transaction with Creekview Realty last month in the DFW area. This time we sold the home we’d lived in for 23 years. The only things we did that a listing agent would have done was (1) measure the rooms for the listing; (2) wrote a listing description; (3) put the sign in the yard and attached the electronic lock box when received; and (4) set up the showing time app. Total time spent – maybe 4 hours. The Creekview agents always answered their phone right away and were very responsive when we had questions. The MLS listing went live Friday afternoon. We had multiple showings over the first (pouring rain) weekend, and several offers.Creekview Realty flat fee listing is a great value. Definitely use the negotiation package – John is a master negotiator. We were very happy with the price we got for the house, and the service we received. -

My Wife and I have been working to sell our rental homes as they become vacant. As any landlord will tell you, the sweat equity maintaining rentals takes a toll on you and when it is time to sell, paying full commission in a hot sellers market just does not seem right. We recently completed our third sale utilizing Creekview Realty. The money we saved was significant, but I do not feel like we gave up anything. We were NOT on our own. Our Creekview rep, Kathy Nguyen, was available every time we needed her. Often we would call concerned about a detail and she had already taken the perfect action on our behalf. When the best and final offers were flooding in, She kept it all straight and guided us to the best decisions.Selling real estate is by definition a difficult and stressful process, but I have to say I wish I had more to sell. Using Creekview was actually a very positive and pleasant process. We really enjoyed being on the same team. -

What a great experience! Victoria Olivarez was indeed very helpful to us. I highly recommend this Realty to everyone. In fact, I already did to 2 of my friends who are buying a house in next few months! We had used Creekview Realty both in selling and buying our house. We are so happy that we were able to save over $10,000 of money when we sold the house. We also got 2% rebate the very next day we closed on the purchased of the house. It is just amazing that there is something like this. We are selling and buying again in the next few months, and I will definitely use Creekview, again. -

Contracting with Creekview Realty was one of the best decisions we have made. The service we received for such a small amount in the selling of our home was unbelievable. Super easy, very informative and the staff here really does care about you selling your home. They are with you for the entire process and we never felt as though we were on our own.THEN, we chose to also contract with Creekview again for the purchase of our new home. It was a more difficult and lengthy process as it is very much a sellers market. Bailey was with us the whole time. The 2% from the purchase of our house being given back to us was also a very nice bonus. After being in our first home for nearly 18 years, it was a little nerve racking to let it go and pursue another one. We are thankful that we had Creekview on our side. We would only ever use them if the need were to arise in the future. -

2 Years Ago I left this review:John and his staff are amazing! I’ve used CreekView twice now, and will do it again. Oh, and the savings can be really sweet too:). Thanks John! Now I have another update:I just wanted to send a quick note of appreciation to all of you at Creekview. This is my third home Ive sold with you and I couldnt imagine using anyone else. I love working with all of you for your professionalism, excellent communication, & knowledge. The team at Creekview just makes it easy....THANK YOU! -

Listing and selling our home with Creekview was really, really awesome! We will definitely use them again when we sell our next home. We were very fortunate and had 2 offers within 6 days of listing; obviously that is quite lucky, but I do think its in part to the guidance that Creekview provides. They give clear instructions for completing all of the listing forms, great tips on photographing the home, and fabulous service for the price. All of their staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are easy to get in touch with, and always helpful. We loved it so much, my mom listed with them too, and her house listed and sold quickly as well. I recommend Creekview without hesitation. We will use them any and every time we need to sell a home in the future. -

Marc Traynor and the whole Creekview team did an incredible job helping us with the sale of our house. Cant say enough about what a positive experience my husband and I had! This was our first time selling a house and Creekview made it WAY easier and streamlined than I ever imagined it would be!If you dont already know, Creekview is an unconventional, flat-fee, no-commission realty company. They do not show the house for you, but they handle the MLS listings and all paperwork involved in the sales process. They also provide all the support, advice, sales tools, lock box, yard sign, etc you need. This is basically a company that assists for-sale-by-owner sellers, but you never really feel like youre selling the house alone...the staff is always available to answer questions, provide guidance and help with negotiations. In our case we ended up selling the home to a buyer that had an agent, so we did have to pay a 3% commission to the buyers agent at closing...but that is a hell of a lot better than paying out 6% as we would have had to do if wed hired a traditional realty company. If the buyer did not have an agent and just contacted Creekview directly, we would not have had to pay any commissions at all. As it was, we still saved about $13,000 by using Creekview. We got a full-price offer within 5 days of the house being on the market. Things went smoothly with the negotiations, inspection, amendments, their recommended title company, the closing....everything.Dont hire a traditional Realtor without at least talking to the people at Creekview first. If youre intimidated by the idea of selling your house without using a traditional agent, dont be! With Creekview youre never at it alone and you can save yourself a ton of money. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! -
Review 11 (2019-01-17 - Rating: 5)
I had an incredible experience with Creekview realty selling my house. Why pay 3% to a seller realtor as all what they do nowadays is post your listing on the MLS, answer a few phone calls and help you with the negotiation ? I could get all of this from Creekview for a flat fee of $1195 ! At first I chose the basic package A for $495. I had purchased/sold a few real-estate properties in my lifetime using regular agents and I thought that I had enough experience to handle the negotiation myself. However I realized that if you are a newbie in this field, you will get eaten alive quickly. Some realtors know how to trick the unsuspecting owner trying to sell his home by him/herself. So unless you have a thick skin like our president, I recommend selecting the package B, which includes full representation, for $1195 from the beginning. If not, you can still upgrade when you got your first offer, which I did.One of the strength of Creekview is the responsiveness of the staff, either by email or phone. During negotiation, I was assigned an agent. She did a superb job, very detailed oriented and quick at the same time. Some sellers agent stops being at your side, the moment you get an offer. They will just push you to accept whatever closing conditions from the buyer because the smell of their 3% commission is just too good ... My Creekview agent made sure that I dont overpay closing costs by fairly distributing the costs between me and the buyer. So in conclusion, if you want to sell a house in good condition, who knows how to stage it, and if you price it correctly, Creekview realty is the way to go. -

We are so glad we decided to list our house with Creekview. We were able to save over $10,000 in commission fees. We were thrilled to work with Bailey. She is so knowledgeable, patient, and kind. We were so pleased with how she dealt with the challenges we faced during the sale of our home. She made us feel confident and was always available. I would definitely choose to work with Creekview again, and recommend them very highly. Especially Bailey! -

Hands down the best way to go!!! John and his team (Darby, Victoria and team) are great @ customer service. We received an offer on NYs eve and John was available to discuss and counter on even on NY day, amazing. Ive not had many full service agents perform to this level. I would definitely recommend them as the way to go. Thank you!!!! -

I have used Creekview Realty now 3 times to sell my homes over the years, what a sterling performance this team puts together! Spencer was my agent for my most recent business with them and by far one of the most efficient, intelligent and patient people I have met. The Creekview team all communicate and work together for an extremely high proficient end product. I thank you John Prell and your team for making a stressful time selling a home into such an ease for us! There is only one realty company that I would ever choose. Thank you again Creekview Realty and Spencer! -

My experience was amazing with Creekview Realty! I saved thousands by simply listing my home for a flat fee and skipped out on a traditional agent. My house sold within 2 weeks of listing. Creekview put my house on and the major real estate sites. All i had to do was schedule the showings and take some pictures of my house for them to post online. I recommend Creekview to anyone buying or selling a house! -

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience with Creekview Realty! We listed our home with them and from Day 1 they were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Honestly, they exceeded our expectations and were more proactive and a fraction of the cost than traditional real estate agents. Everyone we spoke with at the office was helpful and thorough, and we felt like they were really on the ball the whole time our home was listed with them. And that wasnt very long, thanks to their great advertising! Our home had several offers in less than 7 days. Thank you Creekview for making the sale of our home such a fast, inexpensive and wonderful experience! -
Review 17 (2014-05-07 - Rating: 4)
I have very recently used Creekview Realty to both sell my existing home and purchase a new home while my home was on the market. Probably like most, I had my reservations about whether this experience would end positively. I had never sold a home before and so nothing could prepare me for the amount of paperwork that I needed to do so I wanted to first point that out. Creekview Realty does an outstanding job of responding quickly via email and offering assistance during the entire process, without question. They were immensely patient with me. I did end up having to do a lot more followup than I expected myself with the realtors and title companies in both transactions (selling and buying). The endless faxing I needed to do in order to complete/revise documentation for both transactions started to be a bit of a headache as well. If you are a busy professional and can afford to pay the real estate agent fees, I would definitely say there is value in having a traditional real estate agent to work with in person which Ill describe later in this review. To set up the listing on Creekviews website was very easy and updates to the MLS listing was made in a very timely manner. I primarily worked with one Creekview agent (Christie) so that was beneficial as we became pretty close by the end of the experience. I also received my $50 deposit back for the lockbox a month after I returned it. I ended up throwing the For Sale sign away as they wouldnt allow me to drop it off at the office. On the buying end, it was a little bit more of a struggle using Creekview Realty that Im not so sure the hassle is worth the rebate. I cant say that I was a big fan of using Creekview in a very competitive sellers market. It was extremely difficult getting the listing agent to open up homes for a home showing, as they were very busy/hard to get a hold of. Actually I had to work with several different buyers agents in order to see different homes as urgently as possible and avoid missing out on a great home. It just felt very devious at times as they ARE working for a commission and thus their time is just as valuable. But what alternative was there, since Creekview charges a $100 fee per viewing? And if your offer isnt accepted, then the home search continues. Also you will need to be actively searching the MLS few times a day via online real estate listing websites yourself, which can be very time consuming. An real estate agent could have easily helped with this. The second benefit I see with working with a traditional real estate agent vs Creekview Realty, is that a (good) buyers agent who is working closely with you, usually provides a more personal touch and invaluable guidance in helping you make the right decision when selecting a home. They would also provide a 2nd or 3rd point of view about the offer you are proposing and aggressive in making sure you are getting the best negotiated price possible. Usually I would submit an offer request to Creekview via email, and the offer paperwork would just be drafted up without much initial feedback, especially whether or not the offer you were submitting was commensurate with the market value of the area, which is so valuable in saving thousands. Followup was usually required as well, to find out about the status of the offer. Once the counteroffers rolled in, Creekview was again very responsive and great with assisting with submitting a counteroffer quickly. Finally, I did receive the 2% rebate, which was awesome. It took about 2 weeks after the closing date. The only negative for me regarding the rebate was that you had to provide your bank routing number and account number via email as a canceled check, which I felt very uneasy to do so online. I would suggest that Creekview find a better way to issue the rebate. All in all, my experience was positive, they were very easy to work with. I would suggest asking lots of questions, and do a lot of research to best determine if Creekview Realty is right for you. -

I used Creekview to sell my house and couldn’t be more pleased. I live in Houston where the real estate market is exploding. Through negotiating multiple offers I felt fully represented by Creekview and NEVER felt like I was at a disadvantage for not using a seller’s realtor. We even had our first buyer drop out past the option period and dispute the Escrow fee. Creekview stood by me every step to recover that money from the title company. I would not hesitate to use Creekview again or recommend them to a friend or family member looking to sell their home. -

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I have had nothing but professional service from Creekview. The ladies in the office, Cassidy, Michele and Victoria are AMAZING to work with and willing to walk you through the paperwork. Once we posted our homes through Creekview, we have had great results and a lot of leads. If you are looking to post your home yourself, on MLS, or have an agency sell it for you, Creekview is the place to go! -

We are very pleased with our experience selling our home though Creekview Realty. We were unsure about doing it ourselves, but the staff at Creekview gave us a lot of support and walked us through every step of the process. They were also very helpful on the numerous occasions we called with questions throughout the various stages of selling our home. Our home had over 20 showings and we had a contract in a little over a month on the market. The money we saved on realtor fees will pay for a whole year of college tuition for my children. -

I would like to begin by saying that my wife and I were first time home buyers and were somewhat nervous about the whole process of purchasing a home, let alone using Creekview Realty. I can happily report that 2 weeks into living at our new home our choice could not have been more perfect. The staff at Creekview Realty is absolutely exception and went above and beyond to help explain everything to us, even while never meeting face to face. We worked directly with Marc Traynor, who truly made the experience at Creekview seamless and easy. As first time home buyers, we had A LOT of questions, and Marc was there to help guide us through all the steps, and offer advice when needed. Whether it was discussing items found in our inspection, to discussing strategies for our counter offer, Marc was there. The Creekview team is not pushy in any way, and truly has your best interests at heart. Not to mention then 2% rebate we received by using them to purchase! I will say, it was somewhat time consuming trying to call listing agents and set up viewings on our own, but in the end it was WELL WORTH IT!!! If you are looking to purchase a home and want to find a way to save some money, you would be foolish not to use Creekview. I fully intend on using Creekview to purchase our next home (whenever that may be) and I have already recommended them to my family and friends. Even if you are first time hom ebuyer and nervous about the process, go with Creekview! -

We used Creekview to list our home in McKinney, Texas in July, 2014. They did a great job getting us listed and photographed. They stayed with us throughout the showing, contracting and escrow periods. We saved over $11,000 on the total brokerage commissions. Their business plan represents a great step forward in reforming the transaction cost racket forced on Texas property market participants. Property sellers have nothing to lose or fear in using this flat fee broker. -

I just bought my home with Creekview Realty and had an amazing experience. I did not have the luxury of being in Dallas for my housing search and many of the properties I identified were only on the market for a few days, or hours, before having an offer accepted, and the other agents just could not keep up. Missing out on property after property had me ready to give up, but luckily I decided to call Creekview Realty.Lana was wonderful, and we had an offer that was accepted on the same day I first spoke with her. Lanas responsiveness made it possible for me to only need to come to Dallas for inspections.I ended up going with a different property, (the first property had a lot of problems with the inspection and racial epithets in graffiti that were not pictured in the listing) and Lana was there every step of the way. Lana called about 10 properties in an hour on one occasion for me, and would always let me make the decision about what to do next. I never had any doubt that Lana would hang in there with me through as many offers and inspections as we needed. She was able to negotiate repairs and got the property for the appraisal price!I got exponentially better service for a better price. Please do not think youre getting a less invested agent just because Creekview Realty believes in keeping money in your pocket for the work youre already putting into finding your home. -

I sold a house in the Woodlands, TX using Creekview. My experience was entirely positive. The house was listed on MLS as soon as I provided everything needed and they were helpful in communicating during negotations with the sellers agent. They helped me negotiate an offer very close to my asking price within 2 weeks of listing the property. The sale closed about a month later. A very positive experience at a fraction of a 3% listing agent cost. Relative to other options similar to them, a tremendous benefit with Creekview is that you can always get someone helpful and knowledgeable on the phone who can help you. Thank you Creekview, I will be using your service again. -

Creekview is outstanding! I paid for the listing and full representation package and it was the best money I spent in the whole process of selling my investment house. They handled all the paperwork and negotiations on my behalf. All the contracts where sent and signed via docusign so I could complete the entire process from home. There was always someone available to answer my questions whether I called or sent an email. Very happy! In the end, I saved $5000 over a regular listing agent. Get the full representation package!!! -

We engaged Creekview Realty on a recommendation from someone we really didnt know very well, but who had used CR to sell his home, who was very intelligent, analytical and raved about their service and expertise. As soon as CR got us on the MLS (the key!), we had brokers bringing their respective buyers to see our home. And even though we priced it higher than the going per square foot rate, our home was under contract in less than a month.Creekview far exceeded our expectations! Their approach and business model should have traditional realty firms worried.Creekview and every one of their staff members with whom we interacted were excellent and a pleasure to work with! It didnt matter if we emailed or called them in the evening or on a weekend - they responded to us immediately! They were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and clear. We have raved about them to neighbors, friends and even the title company where we closed on our sale today. If you want excellent service and want to save THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, Creekview Realty should be your choice. -

My experience with Creekview was nothing short of awesome. Just like a first time home seller I was skeptical but after talking to John Prell and reading other reviews I decided to give them a try. I initially bought the $495 package just to put my listing on the MLS and thought that if it did not work out than i would at the most lose that amount. I took some effort to take my own pictures, some really nice staged pictures (all photos taken with iphone6 and Camera+ app which cost $2.99)...one advice - take some really nice pictures because thats what will get buyers to see the house which is the first step...I emailed creekview the pictures, description and directions and they were prompt to post it to MLS on that day. I got about 10 showings the first week and got offer the next week. I then paid creekview for full representation about $795 and John prell negotiated on my behalf and got me the price i wanted...I closed in a month and half...Johns assistants were on top of everything as well - Jasmine, Ally, Brooke, Karina, all of them...ALL in all I saved about 6.5K.I bought a different house before i used them to sell my current house and i would have wished that I used them for buying as well...2% rebate is a great deal....Please check out their website its pretty detailed...6% total commission is just HIGHWAY ROBBERY and I would never use a traditional 3% buyer or 3% selling agent in the future...Also i have recommended them to a lot of my friends and neighbors... -

Selling a home with Creekview was incredibly easy. Their business approach to residential real estate is spot-on. They provide all the essentials (lock box, sign, MLS listing, forms and information). I will use them for every home I sell in the future. Their approach saved me $8,500 in realtors fees and allowed me to negotiate directly with buyers which is my preferred mode of operation. I highly recommend Creekview Realty! -

My husband and I are really happy that we found Creekview Realty. We went with their full service representation and in our opinion, they went above andbeyond assisting us with the sale of our home.Their service was fast, accurate and reliable. From the very beginning, there was always someone from the team available and ready to answer our questions. The Creekview team, esp. Sean Traynor, was available even after hours when we needed their help with a difficult buyer and they provided us invaluable advise during the negotiation/closing phase. We have told many of our friends about the positive experience we had hereand a few of them have already listed/sold their property with Creekview. -

OUTSTANDING! I have sold properties by owner before so I was comfortable with the process, but Creekview took it to another level. The information and knowledge they readily share on the website is so valuable in itself. Even though Ive done this before, I learned more through using Creekview and will be even better prepared next time. The customer service provided is nothing short of EXCELLENT!! Any questions, either by email or phone, were answered timely and professionally. They made this process so EASY!! I will use Creekview for all future sales! -

Working with Creekview Realty was a great experience. They guided me through the entire process from the MLS listing to the final closing. They were easily available by phone and answered all my questions. They shepherded my transaction through the process, staying on top of the buyers agent when necessary. There are 2 things I had to do that an agent would normally do. Doing these yourself allows you to save big on the commission. First, you must set the listing price. Creekview recommended that I obtain a professional appraisal. An appraisal like this has no hidden agenda and is likely to be very accurate. Mine only cost $200. Second, there is a lot of paperwork to prepare for the listing. It took 4-5 hours. However, when you do those two things yourself, you can save the sellers agent commission of 3%, less Creekviews fee. In my case, I saved nearly $20k!So I highly recommend Creekview. Follow the guidelines on their website, get a professional appraisal and sell your house yourself. -

I needed to sell my house and didnt want to pay an additional $6100 to a listing agent on top of $6100 to the buyers agent, so I decided to use a flat fee service and save some cash. I found Creekview Realty after some online searching. The flat fee service with Creekview Realty was exactly what I needed and it accomplished exactly what I thought it would. Listing my property to closing took two months thanks to Creekview listing my property on MLS. Besides pictures on MLS, I used no other form of advertising. I used the Supra lockbox key and a scheduling assistant and I was set. What a great service you provided to ol Mr. I Can in the Houston, TX market this Fall Creekview Realty. It was a very easy process and I cant wait to do it again. Thanks. -

I am certainly glad I found out about you. I Just saved myself $4500!!I have to agree with your concept, MLS sells homes! Most buyers once they have access to MLS do their own house hunting via MLS. I did when I bought my current home from a seller using your service and so did the people who bought my condo.By the way..... I listed my condo with you with your easy to follow instructions and with a little help from your staff and got a contract on the FIRST day after listing! Pretty Amazing!Yes, it was a nice property and yes I priced it right but ONE DAY! That is pretty amazing! The process went without a hitch.I closed today and could not be happier!Again, Thank goodness I found out about Creekview Realty! -

We had a wonderful experience with Creekview Realty in the recent sale of our San Antonio home! We listed our home first through a by owner site” for several months and had gotten some inquiries, but no real bites. It wasn’t until we got on the MLS through Creekview, that serious qualified buyers started viewing our home. We had a contract a month after listing and closed about four weeks after that. We have sold homes in several states under a variety of circumstances; however, our recent home sale through Creekview was definitely our best experience, yet. Here is a list of the things I valued the most about working with Creekview (in no particular order):- Their web site contains a variety of extremely useful information about each step of the process with lots of tips!- They sent me a comparative market analysis on homes in my local area even before I signed with them, so I had all the information I needed to move forward.- The sturdy metal sign, flyer box, and keybox they sent came in the mail fast and looked professional.- The staff was always knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly whether by email or phone, even on the weekends!- Our realtor, Marc, took the time to answer all our questions at every phase of the process and was instrumental in negotiating the contract and representing us (I highly recommend the full representation option as sales contracts are complicated and could be misinterpreted or misunderstood very easily).- Creekview referred all property inquiries directly to me so that I could accurately answer questions from buyers’ realtors or other prospective buyers.- I was able to be involved (and maintain control) during the whole transaction to include posting pictures on the site, writing the property description, developing the flyer, scheduling the showings, etc. I was able to market my own home and be involved every step of the way.- I saved about $8,500 versus paying an agent 3% to list my home!If you are willing to do a little work to market your home and learn about your local housing market, Creekview Realty provides a perfect option for selling your home. I highly recommend Creekview Realty. -

Bottom Line - I closed within 30 days for only $495. I didnt even have to pay any buyer commission, so I saved over $25,000! I am voting 5 stars here because I truly believe that people need to realize that paying so much commission the traditional way is ludicrous, and this is an excellent way to stop the fleecing of Americans by real estate agents and brokers that make loads of money off of uninformed and unsuspecting people. If you have a great quality house in great location, then trust me, you can sell it without hiring a fully paid commission agent. In regards to Creekview, if you elect to go with their basic package as I did, then make sure you are heavily experienced in contracting, buying, selling and negotiating. You are saving money here, so dont assume you are going to get all the unnecessary bells and whistles that a full commissioned agent will provide. If you dont know real estate law, then I recommend you buy their full service package. Its still worth it, but you will be better off safe than sorry. This service is excellent for retired agents or savvy investors. This service is much smarter than For Sale By Owner and costs about the same. This service is trustworthy, but not designed for the meek. You need to be prepared to deal with a different customer service person each time you call in, but they all have been relatively good to deal with. Jasmine was very helpful. You also need to know they will follow the contract and all legal requirements. Sometimes it sounds like they are not cooperating, but it is to protect you and their company, so understand the law, and youll understand their process. You have to play an integral role in the process, so if you are not good with paperwork and procedure, then go for their full service package.I recommend not dropping your price in the first 60 days unless you are absolutely desperate. The sale of your home is driven by your initial sales price, location, size and condition of your home. The fact that you are not getting showings is either because your price starts out too high, or your location is not ideal, or your pictures are not appealing. I found that April is the best time to sell in Plano. Buyers straggle in from other states over a span of 3-4 months, so eventually your house will sell assuming you meet the above criteria. Dont jump on the first low ball offer. Likewise, dont be stubborn and turn down a reasonable offer. Make sure your buyers have pre-approval. I can go on forever, but I think you get the picture. Good luck on your decision and venture. -

I never thought I could sell my home and not pay a commission. I found a flat fee listing service off a search engine and never looked back. I paid one time for my service and sold my home without any extra fees. Anytime I had a question there was someone to answer it in a way I could understand. They never tried to deceive me or tried to get me to pay any other fees. I was very happy with their services and have already recommended them to a few people I know. The entire staff was wonderful especially Garrett! I love you Creekview!!! -

We had a great experience with Creekview Realty. Wish we had known about the place/service a long time ago. We listed our house with a realtor for 6 mos without any luck. Then, we were informed about Creekview and after just 30 days, we received a contract on our house! When we buy or sell in the future, this is where we will go! -

Creekview got us listed on all the key realty sites. The team kept up with all my requests and updated pics and other items per my requests in a timely manner. I especially appreciate John Prells counsel in the contract and closing process. He was wise, supportive, and sensible in dealing with the buyers agent. Thank You! -

I did a lot of research on realtors who serve the Texas area and read other reviews. Creekview stood out as the one I wanted and I worked with Bailey to take me through the sale of my home in Central Texas. She did very well and I have to say the whole team was clearly working and covering all the areas needed to complete the sale. Truly, you want this team to make it happen! I recommend this team highly! -

Saved us thousands on the sale of our home. They were very responsive, detail oriented, and organized. Of course it took a bit more effort on our part to get the house sold (staging, photos, taking calls) but in the end it was well worth it. We would recommend them to anyone selling a house. -

I have been on both sides of real estate (buying & selling) with Creekview, and ultimately I would recommend them. However, they are not a true full service realtor so I would not recommend them for a first time home buyer, or for someone who hasnt kept up with the market.Since you are not paying Creekview the traditional 3%, a client of Creekview should be prepared to do their own homework. Dont expect them to show you the property (not an issue), dont expect them to provide a CMA, dont expect them to lookout for your interest in the contract (triple check everything they do before you sign anything), dont expect them to provide a list of home inspectors, dont expect them to unlock the door for a final walkthrough, dont expect them to be at closing.... But DO expect to SAVE MONEY... Ultimately this company provides a great service at a discount price. -

If I could give Creekview Realty a 6th star I would! Kathy was so helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. In a market like this, its a total waste of money to pay 3% to a listing agent. Do your research on your neighborhood and list through Creekview. Only thing I would point out was that their suggested list price was lower than what we had originally purchased the home for, so again do some research on your own first! -

John and his staff, specifically Cassidy, are wonderful. Always available, always helpful...their expertise and professionalism were paramount in the sale of my home. I saved about $10,000 using Creekview vs a traditional realtor - SO worth it! I was skeptical at first, but so glad I wised up. -

I just recently sold my townhouse in Houston, Texas. Im so glad I chose Creekview Realty. You saved some serious $$$ this way because their listing is a Flat Fee Listing, with a $495 fee for 6 months. No other strings attached. You get to fill Listing Form, Sellers Disclosure etc forms ONLINE. You pay the Fee Online via Credit Card. Your yard sign (with their Creekview Realty on the sign instead of For Sale by Owner) and Supra Lock Box would be shipped to you via express mail. I received mine overnight. They will handle your appointments using the CSS (Centralized Showing Service) where you can approve/decline appointments either by sms/phone/email.This is the SMoothest Online Procedure that I have ever experienced, Especially when dealing with Something so Important as Selling Your House. Most people Cringe at the thought of the process and also the hefty traditional 6% commission fees that they had to pay. Not with the Creekviews Flat Fee Listing. Most impressively, WHENEVER you call/email, you get to deal with a REAL person. All calls and emails were answered promptly and professionally. I was dealing with a few staffs such as John, Emily, Jasmine, Garrett, Christie. They were all super helpful.I dont know why not more people know about Creekview Realty. Prior to choosing this company, I did an extensive online search for the best FSBO type of listing. Many horror stories. However based on my google search, for my reason Creekview Realty did not show up on the listing results. I hope they are more exposed so more people can retain their services.I sold my house within a few days. That was a combination of the hot housing market in Houston and the efficiency of Creekview Realty. Also my pricing was very attractive and I used Staging this time. It helped tremendously.I would like to thank everyone at Creekview Realty. Thank you for helping me through the process. -

Creekview Realty....what a blessing you were to me!Initially, I had simply purchased your Flat Fee Listing, Pkg A; however, during this amazing real estate boom in Houston, I found myself with multiple offers just 4 days, and 4 showings, after listing my home. It was as easy as picking up the phone and calling you to explain my situation and enlist your expertise by upgradiing to your Pkg B. Best decision I ever made!I want you to know how happy I am....full price, CASH offer, and we closed in 20 days! You can bet that I will be referring your services to everyone I know. If anyone pays a full 3% Listing Fee, they have NOT done their homework!Thank you again for all your support. -

We interviewed seven agents from seven different RE companies(C21, Coldwell Banker, Better Homes, Ebby, Redfin, Remax and Keller Williams). All had the same dog and pony show and all were the greatest agents in the universe and all of them made ice cream taste better. We got CMAs from all of them; four were close, two were ridiculously too high and one ridiculously too low. We used the four with the closest CMAs as our list price (and not Creekviews either, btw). In 36 hours we had four solid offers almost 20K higher than list. Creekview handled everything and offered excellent advice, without which we would have made huge mistakes. One thing they helped us with was making a stipulation that the buyers would pay their offer price regardless of the appraisal. Two of the four buyers dropped out. Two stayed in and the buyers who won the bid, paid the difference between appraisal and offer price. Anyone can offer you their max loan qualification amount just to get you to take their bid; few can actually pay it and buyers agents know it assuming the sellers will cave if the appraisal comes in too low. Thanks to Creekview, we got WAY above our list price and way above the appraisal not to mention we saved over ten thousand dollars in commissions; thats right, we saved over ten grand using Creekview. Learn to stage your house then use Creekview. It aint rocket science. -

Words can not express the gratitude have for Creekview Realty. The entire team is kind and professional. They helped me get through the worst nightmare of my life with laughter and confidence. They are readily available and promptly respond to any request. Their worth is invaluable. I am someone who is almost impossible to impress. I have standards and expectations that most people will never meet during their lifetimes and Creekview EXCEEDED all my expectations! I advise anyone and everyone who has real estate needs to use their services. I am a real customer and this is a REAL testimonial. I know it sounds fake, but it isnt! LOL....seriously -

After making the mistake of initially hiring a realtor who specialized in our area to sell our house, we quickly realized that he was doing nothing to earn his 3% commission. After a couple of frustrating months of this we cut him loose and listed our home with Creekview Realty. I cant stress enough the importance of signing up for their full representation. We relied heavily on their expertise at times and they were incredibly responsive to any questions or requests we had. Full representation makes the selling process go much more smoothly. You will have to do a bit of legwork since you are relied upon to respond to prospective purchasers via e-mail and field any calls about your property from those who may not have representation. We also shot all our interior photos, which by the way, turned out better than many of seen that realtors have shot. But the bottom line is, for around $1,000, you have your home listed on the MLS, the credibility of having a realty company show up on your listing (as opposed to FSBO) and you enjoy full representation. The rest of the money saveed can go straight in your pocket or into the next home you purchase. Why waste 3% commission for a sellers realtor who does nothing? I highly recommend Creekview Realty and Darcie, who was awesome! -

I just completed my 4th transaction with Creekview. Though not using a traditional agent takes more effort, it has a huge payoff. I have now saved about $50k in those 4 transactions. Wow! As a very conservative estimate, I might have spent 10 additional hours for each of these transactions, so by that measure, I earned about $1250 per hour for my effort. Amazing. -

I used Creekview for selling my home, and for buying a new one, and I cant recommend them enough. I saved a lot of money doing it this way. In the end, youll do a little more of the legwork yourself, but you get to be much more involved in the home buying/selling process. If youre selling your home, be sure and get the deluxe $1,200 package where they look over all your paperwork. -

Mr Prell, your service and your people are extraordinary. We have used you several times over the years and each time you exceed our expectations. Granted we havent sold this property yet, but we are in super capable hands, handling just what we want and nothing more. Your team/folks are always so prompt, professional and friendly. The first person we speak to when we call always seems to know everything, can do everything, and DOES it! We have not been misled or misunderstood. We congratulate you and your team for amazing customer service, which has become surprisingly unfamiliar these days. We couldnt ask for anything more (except perhaps a suggestion that you not launch into politics). We just wanted you to know and again, thank you Sir. Regards, Laura Alexander -
