Caring people that are always there to help. They are expected to pay the property owners on time and do require you to pay your rent on time. As long as you are not a free loader, you will have a great experience. I have 8 properties with CR Properties and Chris, Davida and Holly go out of there way to insure my renters are well taken care of.

I think Chris is an outstanding landlord. All issues were acted on promptly.I wasn’t there except for a few months and all I have is positive things for him. He is very friendly and treats you like you are someone. Thank you Chris!!

The staff is kind and efficient, and have enjoyed working with them in completing our paperwork for the move in. The property shown is in excellent condition and is well kept. The home smelled clean and not just from cleaning agents, but from proper maintenance.
