If you are looking for a wonderful, insightful, honest, and humble realtor John Ferraro is that realtor. He has helped my husband and I so much and is so accommodating when we call or have questions - we had many questions being first time home buyers. He is awesome and I highly recommend him to ANYONE. He has made this process virtually painless. More than that, he truly has had our best interest in mind rather than just wanting to make a buck. Integrity is hard to come by! We are so thankful for his business.

I am so very thankful for John Ferraro of Corum Realty! John is so genuine and sincere in his desire to help his clients find the right home. John conducts himself and his business with honesty, integrity, patience and a with humble spirit which is such a rare find. He always responded promptly whether by phone, email or text.Also important to me was the fact that he put no pressure on me and provided information in an even-handed, non-judgmental manner. His experience as a home inspector gives the novice home buyer a huge advantage. He is highly attentive to detail and will point out both the positive and negative issues to consider when viewing a home.John also reaches out to his clients after the process with reminders on various items that a new homeowner may not know about, like applying for a homestead exemption.I cant imagine having a more positive experience and recommend John Ferraro of Corum Realty with out reservation!
