I’ve known Kristy for over 6 years now. She’s the most trustworthy and reliable realtor I’ve ever worked with. She has helped me vet tenants, manage many propertied, and someone who is willing to answer your calls at any time for questions. Thank you Kristy for helping me grow as a landlord.

We were so blessed to have Kristy as our real estate agent, we were house hunting at the peak of the market, she put in several offers for us, provided us wonderful advise and ultimately her patience and persistence resulted in my husband and I getting the house of our dreams!!! She has an e tensile referral network for everything from inspections, repairs big and small, lenders and more. We would not be in our incredibly home today without Kristy. I cannot recommend her highly enough!! Plus, I love the fact that she too is a veteran!! 🇺🇸 If you’re house hunting, you want someone experienced and if you’re in a tight market, you want the best negotiator, Kristy is both!

What a journey finding a retirement home in Rockport. Kristy stuck with us through looking at multiple houses until we found the right one. She walked us through the purchase process all the way to closing and answered all our dumb questions along the way! She is one great realtor that will go above and beyond to help find that perfect place. She is very knowledgeable and personable. Kristy is the most knowledgeable and experienced Realtor in the Corpus Christi and surrounding area..She took her time and made sure we found just the right house. Not only did we put our trust in her but because she did such a GREAT job..so did my son..She is awesome and will go to all lengths to please her clients! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Kristy is amazing! She works very hard for you and sometimes works miracles for you to close on time. She is a veteran and knows the VA loan process like the back of her hand. I highly recommend her! Anyone else will just be disappointing.

If only this thing offered 6 stars. I met Kristy over 4 years ago when I was looking to purchase my first home. She walked me through every step, kept me sane as I was going crazy with such a big decision, and really to the extra time to help me understand and learn the whole process. My experience was so good, I thought to go with no one else when it came time for me to sell my home and move. Once again, and with very tough logistical circumstances, she was a rockstar. Kristy is a straight shooter, a massive Veteran advocate, and one hell of a realtor. Save yourself the headache and just go with her. You won’t regret it.

Kristy helped me out enormously in purchasing my home. When I was having difficulty with my lender, she connected me with a local company who approved my loan within an hour. In addition, she was able to schedule my closing early in order to coincide with the closing of my home in San Antonio. Her knowledge and expertise made a potential difficult situation a successful purchase and closing.
