She had professional photos taken and listed the property in all the right places. I have known Melissa many years both personally and professionally. She helped my husband and I sell our first home and purchase the land for the build of our forever home.It’s not easy to sell a home when trying to deal with the schedule of a toddler and making the home available for viewing but she helped make it very easy and was able to get our home sold quickly! She answered all of our questions in a timely manner and responded to my husband’s many emails and requests promptly. Should we ever need to sell or buy again we will be using Melissa with Corner Post Real Estate for sure!

My husband and I had the privilege of working with Corner Post Real Estate for the sale of our old house and also the purchase of our new house and they were amazing! We worked directly with Melissa Walls as our realtor and she took the time to sit down with us to go over all the stuff the average seller/buyer may or may not know. She made sure to get accurate comparisons for other homes in our neighborhood so that we got exactly what we wanted for our home. When it came time for her to show our home to potential buyers, we felt very comfortable knowing that she was looking out for not only our home but also our personal belongings inside our home as we were not yet moved out when they showcased our home.Then came the shopping for a new home. Melissa again took the time to learn what we were looking for in a new home and applied it to the homes she showed us. She was also willing to work with us around our work schedules which made things that much easier. Once again, she made sure to answer all the questions we had pertaining to the legal ‘mumbo jumbo’ that the general home buyer is not familiar with. She kept our budget in mind and was very honest from the beginning. We would send her a link to a home that we wanted more info on and she would look into it before we even got off work that day. If she found something that she thought we may not like or want, she brought it to our attention and my wife and I were able to talk it over before wasting our time or Melissa’s. It didn’t take long and Melissa walked us through the beautiful home we own today and we owe all of our happiness and gratitude to her for that.Overall, we were very pleased with doing business with Corner Post Real Estate and we felt like they really took our wants and needs into consideration while working with us.
