Kori was amazing, friendly, and helpful. She went with any ideas we had and gave so many suggestions to help us find the perfect rent house for our family. My Husband and I had been searching for a piece of land to build our dream home on for some time. One day on my way to work, I saw the sign on this land. I immediately called Chad and we agreed we wanted it. My next phone call was Taylor. Taylor helped us negotiate the first piece of land we originally wanted but was outbid. Taylor was GREAT, she helped us move to the next piece of land close by. We got deed restrictions, a survey and all the questions answered that we needed to make our decision. Taylor was a GREAT advocate for us during the whole process and made it go so smooth. I do not even feel like we had any stress. The loan was approved, and we closed in less than 30 days. If you need a house, land or anything call Taylor. If she doesnt know the answer, she will find out for you. She is also one of the sweetest, hardworking people I know. You wont be disappointed.
