Kristina Berg and I have worked on two purchases together. The first went extremely smoothly. The second closed but was a little rougher. She followed up throughout the transaction and she and I (the lender) even argued at one point about the appraisal.One of the reasons she was so meticulous about things is that her clients tend to get the homes they want on the first offer. So why we did argue I understand why. Ive referred her clients in the past and while we disagreed Id continue to refer her. She has a passion for getting the loan closed on time and I felt she was a strong negotiator. She also willing to have this conversations that other real estate agent avoid even when they are uncomfortable.

Buying or selling a property can be extremely stressful and time-consuming, with abnormal reliance on others to perform their tasks diligently and professionally. After initial contact with the purchasing agent, and then agreement on a purchase price, the sale of our property languished in “no man’s land” until an ultimatum was given to the agent to find a professional realtor or the sale would be annulled. The agent was far more proficient at research than sales because he reached out to Coldwell Banker’s “Pamela Berman.” Pamela is in a league of her own and is the “best of the best.” Within hours, Pamela had a script for the sale, definite milestones, and a formal contract signed by the parties involved. It took a month to close. We were treated as though we were Pamela’s sole client. All questions, via e-mail or phone, were welcomed, and answered immediately in plain language that built trust, confidence, and alleviated the anxiety that had built up during the prior “wasted” month. Communications were clear, settlement clauses explained, and the whole process was streamlined. Pamela also enlisted a first-rate escrow officer of the same ilk. Pamela seems to be blessed with ESP because when there was a pause in proceedings, Pamela would send a comforting message that all was progressing smoothly. Not sure how the sales commission was eventually split but Pamela deserves 99%. Without Pamela there would not have been a sale. In my life I have worked with many different people and rank Pamela Berman in the top 1%. Pamela is professional, organized, has excellent communication skills, and is compassionate. If you want to take the stress out of buying or selling, ask your agent to contact “Pamela Berman.” Highly recommend Pamela as the “best in the business,” a trusted professional who takes the stress out of the deal for both parties. “Five Stars” feels inadequate when commenting on the top 1%.
