We worked with Aimee Williams and our home buying experience couldn’t have been better! Aimee was extremely knowledgeable about the market, provided great advice and answered all of our questions throughout the process, and communicated with us perfectly all along the way. She was so easy to work with and was extremely thoughtful in her approach, going the extra mile to make sure all of our needs were met. From start to finish, Aimee Williams was exceptional in every way. She immediately contacted me and worked to find a home in the exact neighborhood desired. Knowing that the market was competitive, she worked all hours of the day and night to ensure required documents were completed and submitted as to increase our chances of securing the home we wanted. She was friendly, compassionate, and attentive. She even went above and beyond and left a housewarming gift on our porch after we moved in. I would recommend her to my friends and family in a heartbeat!

Aimee Williams from Coldwell Banker Realty Katy was our agent and she was amazing! We moved across the country for business and didn’t know a thing about the area. She took the time to patiently walk us through every step and answer all of our questions. She has great knowledge for noticing tiny details in homes that could be problematic down the road and was so great at negotiating with the sellers to help us get a great deal on our dream home. We highly recommend getting Aimee as your agent!

In response to the review by AJ...I was sorry to learn that Ajay Mesuria is stating that he was dissatisfied with my services as his real estate agent. It is certainly my desire for all my clients to have a pleasant & rewarding experience with their real estate transactions. I take complaints seriously, and after reviewing Ajay’s allegations & the evidence of his real estate transaction, I respectfully disagree with his assessment of my services. During the course of the transaction, I provided professional & ethical service in accordance with the terms of the contract between Ajay & myself, my Company, and Texas law. In addition, I personally contributed $1,900 of commission for Ajay to receive blinds that the builder would not supply and I had no obligation whatsoever to do so. Nevertheless, since the closing, Ajay has repeatedly demanded my commission, paid by the builder, from me. While I am sorry that Ajay is dissatisfied, the evidence contradicts his allegations and I have denied Ajay Mesurias request for my earned commission.
